Took an age to deliver 50 colour coded screws. Missed several delivery dates and only turned up when I said I wasn’t prepared to wait any longer

It was very easy and quick to order, and my order was ready to pick up within the hour.

I think Eurocell is good because there was a supply issue with our order we placed online. I was rang personally to discuss options and given an apology. So lovely to speak to someone rather than have an email or text. Delivery came, items so far appear ok as it's for a project later next year. You can't beat interacting with a person when there is an issue and having that personal touch

A huge thanks to Wendy Scott at the Durham branch for sorting my delivery out on time as the were a few issues she had to deal with.. But thanks to all her efforts and hard work everything was delivered on time to Whitley bay..

I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels.

I ordered of Friday afternoon and got my Soffit boards on Monday another company had a three week wait so only using Euro cell from now on thanks to the team

The staff went above and beyond what I was expecting. The products are first class and not expensive

I think Eurocell is very good because of fast free delivery and good range of products

Outstanding service. Ordered online. Phone call from the branch to check/confirm what I'd ordered within 20 minutes of order. Delivered to the front door within 1 hr, with a courtesy call from the driver to confirm where I wanted the delivery placed. Product is superb and was a dream to fit. I genuinely don't believe you can get a better service. Now my second order of the same product, with the same service.

Easy quick order online when the local store has the stock which they did for click and collect. Email sent confirming order received but would have been good to have an additional email when the order was ready to pick up.

Pick up was swift and easy backing the van up directly to the collection doors.

Would i use them again, Yes. Value for money, I don’t know, as didn’t shop around as they had everything i needed at what was a reasonable price.

Excellent Company. It is the first time in a long time that I have received service like I did from Eurocell, Durham. On the occasions I telephoned the branch, the phone was answered within seconds. Callum assisted me in the sale of composite fencing and what a very professional person. He went out of his way to provide 100% help with an extremely friendly approach. Spoke with Lee when Callum was not available and he too was very helpful. Will definitely be purchasing again from Eurocell Durham and will certainly be asking for Callum or Lee. Highly recommended.
