Outstanding communication and customer service!
I purchased the ECOSCAPE Midnight Black Forma Slatted Composite Cladding Boards, and they were delivered within the expected time period. Very pleased with the whole experience — highly recommend!

Absolute rubbish company would never trade with them again. Ordered cladding late 8th july after ringing them and they saying order on a monday delivery on thursday, no follow up as they say within 3 days regarding the delivery. After ringing them told will be 18th, still no confirmation so rang them on 17th to check, they said checking your order. they finally rang on the 18th to say my order has not been delivered to the local shop. Ordered elsewhere and expecting a delivery on Monday 21st

Great company to deal with, have used a few times now for various plastics, laminates and cladding. Very helpful staff for a novice DIYer like myself. I always shop around and Eurocell tend to be the cheapest
for the same quality products. Good communication keeping me updated with deliveries. Very happy and professional drivers providing a great service. 👍

What I needed at a good price and efficient service

We had the Studio View garden room recentally installed by Eurocell to use as a gym. We are over the moon with the build and the customer service throughout the process. Robin Isles was our sale manager who is very knowledgeable and friendly. Robin helped us choose the size of the room and composite colours that would compliment our house and garden. From here up until the build Eurocell and Robin provided regular updates on delivery and install and were on hand if I had any questions.

Install was carried out by Josh and Reuben from EWB installations who were very professional, friendly, knowledgeble and extremely hard working. They did an amazing job and we are very thankful.

Overall I'd definitely recommend Eurocell to all my family and friends.

We recently had a Summerhouse/ Office installed in our garden, our experience from Robin Isle taking time to plan what we needed to the delivery and instalation by Dan and Conner was amazing they were all very helpful and attention to detail was second to none would definitely recommend Eurocel to anyone.

Great service. Ordered decking - unfortunately the colour was not what I was looking when seen in a large quantity. However a no quibble restock was agreed - and balance refunded without ay problems. Everything delivered and collected on time as agreed. Really friendly, and efficient staff.

A big "thank you" to driver Lee from the Exeter branch who managed to find our premises despite address issues and then unloaded to a safe place as no one was in at the time. All communicated brilliantly via a phone call. 1st class service from someone who goes the extra mile! I must also say
easy ordering and good communication from the branch too.

Ordered a garden building from Eurocell, had a great service from everyone involved! Robin the sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all questions, took the booking and has been in contact with us throughout the whole process. The install guys worked so hard for two days and I can honestly say have done a fantastic job,I'm very pleased with the final job.

Really good service today. Went in with a list from my husband and had some really helpful advice about what else I needed. They arranged free delivery within half an hour, going out of their way to help. Friendly staff and would definitely recommend
