Went to Eurocell Luton branch on Saturday - just before 12. Gentleman serving was v.helpful. Great advice on composite decking boards and just general good all round service

What a great find this company was.
As a home DIY guy I didn't know companies like this were out there selling double glazing spares etc.
Saved me a fortune.

My local depot, did not have the product (Tudor boards) in stock.

They source the goods for me (Watford), who then delivered to me,on site!

Im visiting my local branch(Luton) very often, can say few people are really not for there, they don't really care about the customers. Only person there who really know what to do is ROSS, always fast react and always available to help even sometime if yiu need help with some products linked to your project Ross is there and doing his best to solve the matter and assist you as much as he can. I shouldn't give 4 stars because I had few times bad experience. Only the stars pull out the boy ROSS. You should have few more people like him

Great service - it was obvious that the staff were busy! Ross, in particular, acknowledged my presence and informed me that he would help me with my enquiry when he had completed his phone call.
An all round friendly and helpful fella.
He advised me on the size of cloaking I required to complete a window I had just installed.

I had a great
experience with the team at Luton. Josh help me with the measurement and Tony gave his advice on my mistake order how i can manage it efficiently while Ross was also helpfull in understanding my problems . Paul the driver was very patience to my delivery. In Conclusion the Luton team acted professional by been patience with me and help me out with the measurement and fixing the problem, although I can't return the one i bought earlier. Am pleased with Josh professional dealing he is so helpful and has listened to my problem and helped me.

I just wanted to say how friendly ,knowledgeable ,efficient helpful, all the staff are in the Luton branch, They are credit to the Your company especially Tommy ,Ross & Paul, I just wish more companies operated more like your company.

Orderd online one evening, collected (locally) the morning after.

Whole process ran smoothly, no issues.

I ordered on the Sunday and waited to hear when the delivery would be , the website says "Once you have placed your order our branch team will contact you to arrange delivery. " I heard nothing so phoned on Thursday morning and asked when ?I was told it's out for delivery and could be any time that day.Luckily it arrived shortly after I phoned .

Price & quality good but trade counter service very slow. Hopefully this was just an isolated occurrence of limited service personnel.

I spoke to a guy called Tony on the phone on 31/3/23 about bringing a item back. He explained that they cant do refunds on a Saturday but I can drop it off on the Saturday and they can process a refund on the Monday. I thought that’s ok. So I took the item back at 8am on the 1/4/23. The guy behind the counter obviously did not want to be there. Just handed me a returns form and said you need to come back in on Monday to process the return. I tried to ask him can’t they just refund the card that I originally used to save coming back up again but he wasn’t willing to listen and just kept butting in saying Tony’s told me to give you this. If I had to go back up on the Monday what was the point in saying bring up on the sat? He was rude and not answering any of my questions. I took my item back and left.
