Jason, Lee and Peter from Eurocell Salisbury are always very friendly, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help. Great service, and the store is fully stocked which is very helpful.

Great service at the branch. Helpful over the phone and very friendly and efficient in person. However, no notice by text or email that the order was ready to collect. This is the 2nd order I have placed with Eurocell where the notification process failed. It is no good tagging a click and collect ‘ready in an hour’ process if the notifications do not go out! And what a waste when you have well run branches that can deliver the service you claim.

Pete at Eurocell was recommended to us in our search for cladding. We were not disappointed. He guided us in what to purchase and as we are a charity, gave us a great deal. Filled us with confidence and cannot recommend highly enough.

From ordering to delivery it was a short period of time. Helpful driver and put into the garage.

Great place good knowledge

I have the pleasure of writing this review to encourage those that are interested in purchasing a garden room /cabin for their garden from Eurocell to go for it , you won’t be disappointed .
From the start to finish it’s been the most professional experience. Robin visit us two weeks ago , took in all our family needs and ensured we had all requirements met for our cabin. Since then it’s been a smooth journey from receiving dates and financial formalities from Kerrie via email to managing our expectations consistently and receiving all the goods and deliveries in advance of the build . We had two of the most efficient and reliable workman Jez and Charlie come to install . They were extremely professional and considerate throughout,
Robin followed up immediately after the cabin was installed to chck all went well.
It’s so refreshing to be able to write a genuinely meaningful positive review . My brother will now also 💯 be getting in touch himself to purchase his own garden room .

The staff at the Salisbury branch are always cheerful and friendly. They offer a wide range of products coupled with an extensive knowledge base. Always helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Jason , Pete and Ewan are a pleasure to deal with.
