Very disappointing experience. I bought headphones for 75,000 HUF, but after trying them at home, I realized they weren’t for me. They were headphones, not in-ear earphones, so there were no hygiene concerns. The store refused any exchange, and customer support ended the call in less than 30 seconds, saying that once you buy in-store, they are not obliged to exchange the product. I would not recommend shopping here.

Nagyon csalódást keltő tapasztalat. Vettem egy 75 000 Ft-os fejhallgatót, de otthon kipróbálva rájöttem, hogy nem nekem való. Nem fülhallgatóról volt szó, így higiéniai akadálya sem volt a cserének. Az üzlet elutasította a cserét, az ügyfélszolgálat pedig kevesebb mint 30 másodperc alatt közölte, hogy a boltban vásárolt terméket nem kötelesek kicserélni. Nem ajánlom ezt az üzletet.

želim izraziti svoje nezadovoljstvo uslugom. naručio sam od njih dvije staklene vatrostalne posude od kojih je jedna stigla razbijena, a druga ogrebena jer ju je oštetila ona razbijena. proizvodi su krajnje nemarno zapakirani. Stavili su te dvije staklene posude izravno jednu u drugu bez nekakve zaštite između njih koja bi spriječila da lupaju jedna po drugoj i još su ih tako zajedno stavili u kartonsku kutiju koja je veća od njih isto tako bez ikakve zaštite ili ispune unutar kutije koja bi spriječila njihovo gibanje unutar te kutije pa su skakale i pomicale se unutar te kutije tijekom transporta i zato su se razbile. s vanjske strane kutije nisu označili da se radi o lomljivoj robi.
Na reklamaciju jesu odgovorili i ponudili da će poslati zamjenu za razbijenu posudu i od onda svako malo pošalju mail kako će zapakirati i poslati robu, ali roba nikako ne stiže. To se mora negdje objaviti da potencijalni kupci znaju što mogu očekivati.

I ordered a Philips automatic coffee machine in early January, with in-store pickup.
It was a pretty good deal.
After ordering, I saw in my profile on their website that the product was already being packaged.
Unfortunately, after a week I still received no notification that the product was available for pickup.
After clicking the contact button, I wrote to them, but I didn't receive a response for 3-4 days.
I managed to reach them by phone, where they told me that they would cancel the order.
Apparently, it was supposed to be delivered from the Budapest warehouse to the specified store where I would have picked it up, but the warehouse was out of stock. They then informed me that they would not transfer it from another store.
I ask, how am I supposed to know this? This is misleading to the buyer!
Do not order from here, because then they will tell you that the product is not in stock!
