I would definitely recommend Europa Worldwide Group, as they are a very professional forwarding company.

I have always received fast and efficient service, especially from Tracey Raggett.

Tracey looks after my account, she is always prompt in replying to my questions and reducing my stress when demanding customers are chasing me for delivery and in the few occasions when my suppliers address the delivery to the wrong country, she is very quick to resolve the problem.

Whatever you are paying her its not enough!

We have been using Europa's services for years. In the hard time of change after Brexit Europa found the solution for their customers to deliver the goods to the EU without any hassle. It is good to know that there is a professional Team on board.

Europa as a whole is very reliable and competitive when it comes to pricing. We put DAP and DDP shipments through Europa and they ensure all the information is right before it goes for smooth Customs clearance.

Reason for 5 stars is Molly Styles (Customer Service Operator) who is quick to reply and always gets our urgent bookings done as every day counts in our line of work and Molly ensures our customers get what they need as quickly as possible.

I would argue that other representatives in Europa are not always as quick and efficient to reply or resolve issues but Molly has more than made up for that shortfall.

Molly is always extremely helpful with my export shipments arranging the collections quickly and sorting any issues that arise.

At best, amateur. I am writing to all the companies I deal with to advise them not to use Europa. This is due to a recent problem that took a lot of time, effort and needless petty communication with a company that doesn’t know its a##e from its elbow.
