Están estafando a la gente en México con lentes de muy mala calidad que no ofrecen lo que prometen.

I was skeptical but these glasses are amazing! I need progressive lenses and transitions and they are top notch . The video and photos are great and the sound is good for phone calls and listening to music

The EUVELLE | IA CYAN™ glasses with Transition lenses are visually fantastic and offer excellent clarity. I am very happy with them.
Unfortunately, the original frame showed a crack on the left temple arm after only one month of use.
The EUVELLE customer service team acted professionally and quickly. They reviewed my case and immediately sent me brand new, complete glasses (frame and lenses) as a replacement, free of charge.
This is a warranty service that turns a problem into a positive experience. I completely recommend EUVELLE for both their product and their impeccable support.

STAY WELL AWAY!!! Ordered my glasses back in August and still not arrived in UK... Been given a tracking number that relates to a dispatch item from China (dated 6th October), this company is nothing but a glorified drop shipper.. and not a good one at that!!

Didn't let me return the glasses.

Euvelle.com has a non existent customer service support team there advertising products are fraudulent and misleading I ordered Ai prescription SUNGLASSES and received clear prescription lenses with changeable non prescription sun lenses unable to fit over the clear lenses this is unacceptable luckily I bought through CC will put in a claim if no response

Scam! They sent a faulty item, the item is bad quality too. I tried to return the item and get a refund but apparently they dont have a returns address. Thankfully I paid through PayPal / credit card so I can attempt to get my money back from these scammers!

I attempted to communicate to them with delayed responses. I contacted them before the shipping and they still sent it. I did not want the product and click bait got the best of me. Customer service and response times sound like a scam and they were remorseful about it. I would tread lightly with this scam because after finally receiving the product, that I didn’t want in the first place, it has poor construction, horrible audio, and the pictures and AI assistance is a little robotic. It’s cheap and not comfortable. I would not spend the money on this product. Their bulky, and support out right sucks. I threw away money with this mistake.

Never buy glasses from them website. A quality just terrible, overpriced
