I hate to even give them one star! Horrible. Two of the four bands did not match the colors online at all. I asked for a refund through the support email. I was to hear back in two days max. It has been MANY more days. I have emailed them two more times. The phone number is useless. The message says they are too busy to pick up, so contact them with the support email address. The products have to be sent back to Estonia!!!
They only post the 5 star reviews!!! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.

My watchband was ordered a month ago- the online track orders option says still not shipped. I have sent multiple emails and tried calling with no response. They took my money- I want to cancel my order and receive a refund and I see no way to process that request.

I received my order after more than three weeks. Customer Service does not answer the phone and was not very responsive at all to email questions either.

Worst customer service ever ! Ive order 3 bands, still one is missing and one of the two orders is not the model ive order. Wrote several times to the customer services and did many calls, but no one is answering. I absolutely not recommand this company!!

Paid shipping and finally got band after a month. No instructions on how to size it. Won't stay clipped. Asked how to send back , no answer. Don't answer phone either. Not a good product or company to work with.

Worst customer service ever. The company states that they offer free returns and a 90 day money back guarantee, which is completely false. I am unable to get ahold of a person to process the return. AVOID this scam of a company.

I ordered three bands and found that they loosened up easily so I could not create health data on my smart watch.
Eve bands requires that you contact them to get instructions on how to make returns-inconvenient, but I did a few times without a response. Now I have asked how to contact the person who takes complaints about the customer service team. It would be helpful to have full instructions to complete a return promptly without the frustrating back and forth 😠

I bought a band for my wife and didn’t fit. Tried to return and continue to get a voicemail box and no one responds to their online support. Not a trustworthy company. AVOID! B

My order showed as delivered, yet was nowhere to be found. I have reached out 3 times since the delivery date shown of 12/24/2024 and cannot get a response. Even if they can't do anything about it, an acknowledgement of my reaching out would have gone a long way. Be careful ordering from them.

How can they do better? Respond to customers to resolve problems.

I have emailed EVE customer support several time with questions regarding shipments and returns and have not received any response. It appears that their main office is in Estonia. The US office appears to be just a Digital Media company. Because they did not respond to my questions, they have lost me as a customer.

I ordered on 12/3/2024. I got confirmation of my order. They took my money. I have not received my merchandise yet. Today is 12/19/2024. I have emailed twice and called twice. They say they are too busy to talk. They responded to email with auto email saying that they would contact me soon. I have not heard from them yet. I tried to track my order but they said they could not find my order. What can I do?

My order was never delivered. The tracking information was invalid. They won't respond or refund me.

I ordered a band but the package arrived a bit damaged. It was meant as a gift to my mom, so I mailed them to inquire whether I could get a replacement. Got an answer in a couple of hours and a replacement sent out no questions asked.

Awesome small business for apple watch straps. Ordered 3 with the 3 for price of 2 campaign and can't complain any of them! I switch between two and my daughter got the third one and so far everything looks good. The bands are holding up well and look great.

Fantastic products and great customer service. One of the bands I ordered had an issue with connector to the watch after a month. Massaged Evebands and Regina sorted me out with a replacement within a day - such a pleasure to deal with.
