If I could give them zero stars I would but had to give them 1 star for this review but they don’t even deserve it.
Be aware- don’t buy from them, it took over 1 month to get products that I purchased, kept saying they were looking into my request. Finally got my purchase and the products were subpar.. the pads were diluted..been trying to get an exchange on the products I bought.. I’ve emailed them several times and customer service is non existent. They are TERRIBLE … they are not REPUTABLE!!!!

I never received my products after them asking for my address and phone number 3 times in 6 months. I then wrote to them to ask where my package is and they said it’s been longer than 6 months so they could not help me. 🫠

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They take forever to respond, and don’t give refunds!!

Its been over a month, since I ordered my shirts, now they say it was delivered to my address, I've been home for several days and no package was delivered at my address, its a scam company, dont waist your money on it.

I got two small vials of “100% turmeric oil” that had about 7 different ingredients. No actual turmeric. Funny thing is I ordered their kojic acid exfoliating pads. I didn’t realize it was coming from china until the tracking link came through. Absolute scam. Do not buy.

I ordered glasses from this site. I suppose to receive 9 pairs. I ended up with 4. And they feel like a toy

Scam!!!! This company admitted that I didn’t get my order because of an address issue and asked to contact the shipping company, but with tracking information is incorrect and I cannot get thru. I respond back and the gave me the same response. It’s a BOT and they will not give me a refund because it’s over 14 days, but they know I don’t have the products… I’ve been going in circles for the last 2 months. Don’t lose your $. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

This company is a scam. Do not order. You won’t receive it and they won’t refund an order you never received. I tried for a year and got the same response every time. Please do not bother with this scam site

I never received my order and after emailing them they finally responded MONTHS later with a delivery confirmation but 10 months had passed. What good does that do me NOW!

I ordered during the American Eagle jeans sale. I’ve been so excited to recurve this order, constantly checking updates and emails. I watched the package get shipped on 9/9, and watched progress from China to LA, and across the US until it reached Maine(where I am). My tracking progress shows drivers and my 3rd party app that tracks everything that gets ordered, also skies delivered on 10/9 at 9:16am. I’ve contracted all mail carriers up here, none have a package for me. Apparently the tabbing number can be attached to a post card, and as long as it gets scanned at each destination, the customer thinks they are getting their order. I don’t understand why these social media platforms are promoting these scam artists. So discouraged and not sure how to go about reporting or getting a refund. Don’t waste your time!!!!!

Ordered and charged 11 months ago and never received. Emailed several times for a refund and all they said was they are still trying to deliver it. Such a scam! I get so angry when I still see their ads are still on Instagram. They actually reached out to me again this month and said they had no way of tracking the order but still couldn't give me a refund. We need to do a class action lawsuit.

I purchased the Eveloria tumeric pads at the reocmmendation of a dermatologist I follow and respect. Turns out Eveloria used AI to use her face and voice to promote their product, while she has never promoted it. I now see multiple other dermatologists are being used for this as well. When my product arrived, I asked for an immediate return. The website clearly states their return policy as: "Our return policy lasts 14 days, meaning you have 14 days from the time you receive your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at [company email address]." But upon emailing the company, the reply was: "Upon reviewing your request, we are unable to approve a return and refund. Our return policy only permits returns for items that are incorrect or defective. As your item was delivered as ordered on September 20, 2025 (less than 4 days after delivery), it does not meet the criteria for a return based on our policy." I have been scammed. Please be forewarned. This company is the definition of dishonest.

Low-quality dropshipping company, stay away

I used the pads as directions stated and now I have red blotches all over my face. I will have to see a dermatologist for help.
Don't even want to go out.
No response to my brown spot

Never received order and was charged. Chinese shipping company and could not read the shipping webpage.

I ordered the product from Amazon and used it for about a week. My neck, chest, and face have now broken out. Please be careful using the product even if you do a test patch first. Maybe do a test patch longer!

I placed an order on May 12th. They immediately charged my account for $79.00. I never received a confirmation. I followed up with an email - it is the email address for customer service and it came back undeliverable, still no response as to where the product I ordered is or when it will be shipped. Then I read all the reviews and have realized I have been scammed.

SCAM.
This company uses videos from PHOR Essentials. The pads that you actually get are garbage.

I was able to reach PHOR Essentials via Instagram, authenticate their website and place an order for the product that actually delivers.

I ordered the turmeric pads as a gift in January. I found out they were never received. I contacted through the web site (their 'support' email did not work) and they said the items were delivered and showed me tracking by 'China Post' via a number and to contact my local USPS office. I told them that I needed a USPS tracking to speak with the USPS. They sent me back a screen shot with the '
China Post' tracking number showing there was no tracking. Very difficult to complain via the SHOP app which I used to pay. AVOID at all costs.

Bad company, do not use. Ordered in January and all I get is a canned response. Never have received order.
