I have loved every single item I have ever ordered from Event Decor Direct. Their products are perfect and their shipping time is great. I let everyone know where I order my decor items from because everything I have received from this company has always been beautiful, made well and I've never had an issue with recieving the wrong product or delays with delivery.

Overall, great company. Quick shipping and competitive pricing.

I received a damaged pipe and disgusting customer service and wasn't responding, and not replacing my pipe ..

This was such an easy process. Got my items so quickly I was shocked.

The merchandise is more than I expected and worth the money!! The pipe and drape stand is very sturdy! I recommend purchasing from Event Decor Direct!!

I purchased brass candle holders with glass votive holders. In the write up of them they are indicated to be 8”. I ordered them for my daughters wedding to coordinate with others that we already have. When they arrived, they were huge. They are actually 14” tall and twice as large in circumference as I expected. I emailed Event Decor immediately about the problem and asked to arrange returning them. I was told that yes the description doesn’t match well and that my concern would be forwarded for a solution. I have heard nothing since (almost three weeks). I then re-emailed them in this past week and still have not heard from them. I am not impressed with this company at all.

There are a lot snags and fraying on the voile curtains and Eastern mills by yard that I purchased. But, I guess I shouldn't complain, I only paid $20 for the curtains.
