Item arrived damaged
Unfortunately we ordered a fragile item (plastic tubs) and it was just sent in a thin polythene bag with no protection! Unsurprisingly they all arrived cracked/snapped. Really frustrating, but EventDecorShop didn't quibble about refunding me straight away (hence earning an extra star!) but really, I would have expected them to package the item properly to begin with.

I'm sorry to learn that your goods arrived damaged. We do try to minimise the requirement for unnecessary packaging but it may be that it was reduced too much in this case and we will learn from this. I am pleased that you refund was received swiftly and without issue.
