Constant headaches
My experience with this service has been consistently marred by a litany of issues accompanying each order. While I commend the customer service for its initial responsiveness, the abrupt decline in assistance post-payment necessitated resorting to a physical phone call for resolution. The quality of the actual products is commendable; however, it is disconcerting that the fulfilment of an entire order seems to be a game of chance.
An explicit disclosure regarding potential challenges, such as divergent carriers and stringent signing requirements, would have been appreciated. The lack of forewarning has resulted in the arduous task of reconciling missing items from a supposedly cohesive order. The logistical hiccups reached such an egregious level that one parcel was inexplicably rerouted back, and another had its address altered to the same street but a different state – a modification we did not authorise or instigate. Such oversights, coupled with the absence of proactive communication, have undeniably tarnished an otherwise positive perception of the product quality.

I would like to express our sincere apologies for the delay in your recent order delivery.
Your feedback is invaluable to us (and other customers), and we truly appreciate your understanding as we address the issues you've raised.
Your order was placed in Mid October, 2023 and the hardware was dispatched shortly after, with Startrack Express.
According to Startrack, delivery was attempted but your receiving location was closed. This was returned to the Startrack depot and delivery was re-attempted.
After several delivery attempts, Startrack begun return of the hardware to our warehouse.
On Thursday 9th of November you emailed and brought this to our attention, along with the missing card holders on a separate order.
On Monday 13th of November you phoned to ask for further assistance and requested us “to dispatch another flag pole kit so we have it in time for our event (Tuesday 21 November)” – this was actioned for you immediately along with replacement card holders, to the updated address as requested and discussed.
It was our understanding that at this point, any concerns had been discussed, alleviated and a mutual plan of action was in place to rectify all logistical issues.
Less than 12 hours later we received the below 1-Star Review.
Whilst we do apologise and immediately act on any 3rd party logistical errors, we do believe that your claim of “the abrupt decline in assistance post-payment” is categorically and factually incorrect - you gave us one day notice to correct these issues, and less than 12 hours thereafter, before leaving your review.
Additionally, your note of “An explicit disclosure regarding potential challenges, such as divergent carriers and stringent signing requirements, would have been appreciated” was actually agreed to in the terms and conditions of your order (a physical check box you are required to read through and approve prior to approval and payment).
It is also important to note that all components of these errors have been now rectified with you both, and are all tracking for arrival before your event.
I trust that these will arrive safely in time for a successful event for you, and we look forward to fulfilling another order for you in future.

Honest review
On Friday 6 October 2023 we emailed the representative asking if we ordered quoted items that day would they arrive by 13 October 2023. Jason assured us they would, we paid and on Monday 9 October 2023, we were told our order was approved, and tracking numbers would be provided when the order had been shipped.
It was one disaster after another with a lot of wasted time chasing different parts of our order with different entities, including Jason, who had obviously not communicated with one another.
The result was that we did not receive our complete order in time for our important function on Wednesday 18 October 2023 and the final parts of our order were not received by us until Monday 6 November, almost three weeks after our important function.
If we had ordered the same products through a different organisation we would have had them for our function on 18 October, so if it was possible to give a negative star rating we would as our function was all but ruined because we didn't have the marketing material on display.
