The whole team so far have been exceptional! From the early internet enquiry, to a prompt response and timely call back from Effie and then a quick visit from the Project manager, Jordan has seen my Solar System quoted and installed in about 2 weeks. Jordan sorted out the finer details, helped size the system appropriately and levereged some higher yielding panels with very little increase in price from the original internet estimate….. and when I said I was having the drive block paved, he slotted us in to get the install done before the drive was even started! The scaffold and installation teams arrived bang on time and after talking through the job, agreeing equipment locations and cable routes cracked straight on. They were pleaseant to deal with, efficient and tidy in the works and cleaned up when they finished. Only hiccup was to do with number of solar panels, but after an accurate measure of the roof agreed they could get another one fitted and sent out for one….. which arrived early afternoon with the inhouse scaffold team who fitted it before they took the scaffold back down. The system was working happily by around 1.30pm from an 8.00am start. Immense! If the system operates as well as the job has gone so far ….and Ive no reason to doubt it wont……I shall be very happy!

Easy to communicate and the price was much less than the competitors.

The team of lads doing the installation were well experienced proper team work ,the scaffold was up 8.30am and all fitted and scaffold down by 2pm really nice bunch of lad and the sales team and the software team are really helpful, i would recommended evergreen as the people to go to, thank you

Really great experience with the Solar PV installation from start to finish. The company provided scaffolding in house which meant the whole thing took less than a full day with the scaff down by 3pm. The lovely lads working on the roof cleaned out my gutter while up there which was incredibly kind of them, and the electrician took the time to explain the system and keep me in the loop throughout the install.

My installer Liam was fantatstic, helpful and answered numerous questions as he completed the job. My set up wasn't the easiest & took a little longer for which Liam arranged and actioned perfectly.
Liam (electrician), Lee, Matt & 2 other gents (scaffolding & roofers) were all professional, friendly & prompt in theor work.
I'm a few weeks in & so far the solar panels, battery storage & ev charger are all working great.

Fast and professional resolution of issues with the inverter and my WIFI. Dharmit got the through the process and i was sorted in a 20 minute call

Adrian, the initial assessor, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

After paying my initial deposit for the system I had a change of circumstances which meant I had to cancel my order.
Evergreen accepted the cancellation, as per their contract, and refunded my deposit.
I can't comment on their installs, just that they honoured their contract terms and reimbursed my deposit in full.

Around first class experience
Electrician Andre arrived on time never stopped completed the job within 5 hours
with the minimum of disruption.
Electricity flowing from my panels to my batteries which already show ‘fully charged’

Adrian, the technical surveyor, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me real confidence in the system we were installing.
The installation team, Chris and Marcel, were brilliant quick, efficient, and very polite throughout. They worked tirelessly and left everything neat and tidy.
A special mention also to Marek, the electrician, who tied everything together perfectly and made sure the system was up and running flawlessly.
From initial enquiry to full installation took less than two weeks, which is seriously impressive. On top of that, they simply couldn’t be beaten on price.

Evergreen installed my solar panels and the support has been outstanding. Whenever I have contacted them they have immediately dealt with the issues. Today Dharmit from technical support was most helpful in helping me understand the use of the app and how to maximise generation by the solar panels. Thank you so much.

I initially had a very frustrating experience, as there was a clear gap between what was promised during the sales process and what was delivered after installation. There were discrepancies around warranty terms and insurance cover, and I also faced issues with a faulty inverter that wasn’t resolved promptly despite multiple follow-ups. At that stage, communication felt lacking and it seemed like accountability dropped after the sale was completed.

However, after raising these concerns through my review, the company reached out and took the matter seriously. They have since worked to resolve most of the issues, and I’ve been assured that the remaining items—such as updated warranty details and documentation—will be provided in the coming weeks.

I appreciate that they acknowledged the problems and made an effort to address them. That said, there is definitely room for improvement. Clear and accurate communication from the sales team is crucial, and it would help if they stayed engaged with customers through installation and until all documentation and commitments are fully completed.

Overall, while my experience started off poorly, I’m encouraged by the company’s response and willingness to make things right.

Feel quite deflated after the experience with Evergreen. Much research was done before I choose a company who sold themselves well.
Install day the scaffold and panel fitter were incredible. If this review was just then it would have been 5*, they couldn’t do enough, polite & thorough.
A paving slab was cracked due to ladders but that could be dismissed as far as I was concerned.
Then came the electrician. Clearly a sub contractor although at time of consultation they don’t use sub contractors!! Unfortunately because different batteries had be sent these couldn’t be fitted in space that was alacated. This was first problem they changed the components without checking the spec. This had a knock on as then the electrician couldn’t fit that day. (Due to my work I was and had planned this install due to being off.)
He booked to come Saturday then his van broke, so Sunday he came. Sunday wasn’t actually convenient as my eldest had football 40 minutes away so he was instructed to start before I was due to arrive home. Unfortunately then my youngest had an accident and had to attend A&E so my chances of getting home to see him dwindled away. My neighbour let him in so he could do his work but he had left by the time I got home.
Well I’ve never seen such a S&@tshow of an install!! I’d love to add photos!! He has cable tied ALL the cables to my down pipes, gutter and existing cables. He has cut and not revealed my cut out and meter box. The mess he left is ridiculous as in cut off cable ties and bits of wire. Overall it was rushed to get in and out as quick as he could!!
2 days later I thought my battery looked not right so messaged him to have reply that 2 batteries were not yet on line. Nice to be told, by this point head office are already wanting final payment of course. That was withheld, to have a snotty reply stating the system wasn’t mine until I’d made that last payment.
Well the install a mess and 2 out of 3 batteries not even working.
I made a complaint to install manager who seemed to care. He sent electrician back out to make right. He got batteries on (I think, but not convinced as app isn’t showing me them) again shrugged off that they are right!!
Made so many excuses of why he’d done the cabling like he had.
Still unhappy about the battery situation another sparky arrived unannounced basically said they were right moaned about how far he had had to come.
I laid the bill to be done of it.
Oh also I had 2 less panels put on due to lack of room on roof and only had a meer £200 taken off the bill. Be warned!!

God good deal from them in terms of price, I still have my concerns about the performance of the PV system but I feel a need to write this because of the commendable effort by Robert who came to check my roof and the system.

Robert is a great guy, against all odds, he made sure the roof issues were fixed and still came back the next day to sort out other things.

Overall a good experience. No one expects 100% perfection in the whole process, but any small issues were sorted out well. No pressure from the salesman.
The panels, inverter and batteries they offered were an acceptable price for the spec, when compared elsewhere. They didn't tell me that some of the products were not latest generation - I had to discover that through research - but to be honest, they met the spec and all work fine, so I have no complaints. Evergreen didn't tell me that the battteries are not currently on the Octopus list for using their 'automatic' tariff (and at the time I didn't know that I needed to check that), but the 'cheapest' import and export times can be set to match the tariff manually, so it's not a major issue.
The panel fitters were good. Scaffold went up in the morning, fitters put the panels on, and the scaffold came down, all in about 6 hours. The electrician was delayed 4 days, but did a good job and it all worked.
They warned that it would take several weeks for all the certificates etc to come through, but they seemed quite quick, so 6 weeks after the system went 'live' we have all the confirmations, and Octopus have made our power export tariff live. Customer support has been good - responsive and answered questions well. Particularly Viktoriia and Dharmit who were very responsive and helpful.
So overall, to date (6 weeks in) it all seems fine.

First class service from start to finish our sales manager was great and answered all my questions the install team have done a great job and very quick explaining everything as the progressed the scaffolding team were great too and the customer services have been first class so far thank you for a painless process

The team was professional and they worked really hard to complete the job in a short period of time ( 4 hours) with scaffold up and down/ electrical all connected up and running .Thank you Evergreen and to Clwyd ( electrician).

Had an issue with my Invertor not exporting the full amount as it should. Emailed Evergreen Power and got a call the next working day. The support staff sorted this out in minutes and now up and running.
