The team were professional and polite. Were able to accommodate last minute requests for our end of tenancy painting for apartments in Didsbury.
A truly awful experience with this company. They painted all our victorian sash windows shut, so we can't open them so we have no means of escape from the upper levels for ourselves and our children, in event of a fire. Once we were back from honeymoon we tried to open the windows and found they were painted shut, and asked them to come back and remedy, which we thought would be fine. Adam came round our house, was rude, patronising and aggressive, basically saying they never opened in the first place - which is completely untrue. He's refusing to remedy the issue, saying it's nothing to do with them, and denying it was their painting that has caused the windows to now be sealed shut. When i said this is a fire hazard and us and our children could be trapped inside, he laughed and said, just use the doors downstairs. I said well it doesn't help us if the fire is downstairs and we can't get out. He was so condescending, accusatory and horrible to deal with. So awful, would not recommend

For materials, I was happy to source them and again I was given a very detailed list which also included shops where I could purchase from! Great service and made it easier for me.
Paint work - the most important bit!
Great team of painters who all had a role in the job and so when they started they all cracked on and knew what to do. Prep work was amazing and they really know their stuff!
Overall, a very positive experience and I will definitely recommend Ever Prime Painting and Decorating to all my friends and family.
