I don’t have a bad word to say about this company. The website was easy to navigate, there is a great choice of products, communication after making my order was good and the products arrived on time and were correct.
I would shop with Evertree again, no question.

The Pax was a great price, and came really quickly, my husband loved it, it was a birthday present.

**Disappointing returns and customer service**

I bought some T-shirts from Evertee, but unfortunately the size was too small, so I contacted them to arrange an exchange. I followed the return process through their website as instructed, but almost two weeks went by without hearing anything.

I then contacted them again through their Contact Us form. Another week passed before I finally received a response, telling me that I would soon receive the return instructions. Yet another week went by, and still nothing arrived.

I had to contact them again, and only then was I finally sent an email with an address to return the product.

The whole process has been unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. A straightforward size exchange should not take several weeks and multiple attempts to get basic return instructions.

In the end, I simply gave up on the return. There was just too much hassle and too much time spent chasing them for something as straightforward as exchanging a few T-shirts. It really shouldn't be this difficult.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Knowledgeable about the products, wide selection, reasonable prices and excellent customer service (shout out to Sean).

I had originally left a very negative review here. I had purchased a product from evertree based on a misleading description that elided important ingredient information. I contacted evertree explaining the situation, asking them if they could update the product description on their site so nobody else would be misled into purchasing a product they would otherwise avoid. I didn’t hear back from them in over a month.

I tried to leave a product review on their site that would contain this information so that at least it would be available somewhere on the product page, but the review needed to be approved by evertree and they removed it. What I thought was a simple and unfortunate oversight now seemed to be something they were aware of but actively keeping from their customers.

Finally I left a negative review here. A few weeks later, having seen the review, evertree reached out and have taken all the appropriate steps to resolve and rectify this situation. They have apologised (seemingly sincerely), updated the product page, and refunded me too.

It’s unfortunate how long this took, and I can’t say it was a great experience, but I’m very glad it has been resolved.

Great device, arrived on time and in perfect condition, defo order again. Pax plus is very good.

Not received items and it’s so hard contacting you so would like a refund

I ordered a gpen hydout after the 2pm deadline on a Friday and received my item at 10.30am Saturday.. Muchly appreciated, I will definitely be back in a few months for the volcano hybrid so keep one ready for me lads
