I opened an account a few months ago, recently attempted to withdraw and the option was disabled asking for my bank and ID copies which were supplied. Managed to request for withdrawal, which was rejected after 2 days stating that i must send pictures of me holding bank and ID card, but this was not communicated initially.

They simply don’t pay out. It’s easy to deposit and then they want crazy verification to cash out. I’ve got no complaints other than it’s not gaming when the casino doesn’t pay and then it’s not a casino. It’s an amazing platform though. It’s a weird uk thing that has been allowed to go on but they don’t pay

DO NOT SPEND ONE DIME ON THIS WEBSITE. If I could give -10 stars I would. I played them over a few months but never won anything. So, I don’t use them for a few months. I see they have some code for your birthday month so I use it and win big! Hell yea my rents getting paid this month. But not so fast now I have to submit document after document to prove who I am. It’s one thing to make you do this but they only look once a week and guess what after that week you have to submit more documents and then resubmit a withdrawal request. Then guess what a week later it’s the same story one document was too “blurry” so I have to resubmit the document and resubmit the withdrawal request. Then guess what because of some hidden clause about using 2 bonuses in a row they literally take away thousands of dollars of my winnings and only allow to withdraw $100. So I’m furious but whatever I’ll take what I can get so I resubmit and wait another week. And this is the kicker the next week they email me saying as a security precaution they want me to reply to the email confirming that I submitted a withdrawal request. And now I have to wait another week. At this point I don’t think I’ll ever get any money out of them. God awful experience. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND HEADACHE AND STAY THE HECK AWAY

Scam alert. They dont want to withdraw my funds - they got 40 pics of my documents and me and still talking like drunk people:

" A picture of you holding your Photo Identification next to your face. Please ensure that the details on your Photo Identification are legible in the picture. "

Everygame literally stole my money! I deposited $500 in Bitcoin and was able to set up a main account but could not set up a poker account. They could not explain why and wasted hours of my time giving the same useless directions. They don’t have a phone support so I tried chatting and emailing over 10 times. They kept saying they were going to refund my Bitcoin but always had an excuse in the end like the address I provided was not correct or they are extremely busy or we are looking into it. Every correspondence took 3-7 days to be answered. The chats always ended with them not coming back and closing the chat. Do yourself a favor, do not give Everygame/intertops a penny you might not ever get to use it to play. There are many other sites to choose from don’t take a chance with this scam of a site.
