literally didn't even get my order

I received everything on the date I was expecting it. True to size, and good quality.

I wrote to Them, and they promised to check up on my order, haven’t heard from them since even though I wrote to them again. Thankfully I paid via PayPal.

Plenty of great anime clothing to choose from. The price of the shirts is well priced not to high or low. Quick delivery.

Even tho Australian sizing is meant to be identical to UK sizing in my case that was not correct. I ordered two jumpers both large men’s & they both were at least 2 sizes too small.

Items arrived without a scratch and well padded. They were also high quality

The quality of the item is excellent. My package was stopped and probably lost during the shipping. So I sent an email to the customer service that was nice, fast, and polite, and I received another package immediately with the same item I had ordered previously. I received the packaging the second time, and I really love the item I bought. Very recommended.

Absolutely fantastic

The item I got was just a toy with a scent apparatus glued onto it which fell apart. Almost immediately. I think you need to be more descriptive with the details of the items on the website

The text telling you what color the shirt is (black, white, military green) is actually across the bottom of the shirt. I thought it was just letting me know what color it was, but ts is literally just there.

Product was true to website and Customer Service was great.

Had a slight issue with my shipping originally as it wasn’t posted in a timely manner, however, the issues I addressed were seen to and they worked to rectify quickly.

Fast shipping

The material is trash and the product is super cheaply made. Lasted for 2 wears and already coming undone.

I ordered Pokemon Orange, Pokemon Soul Crystal, and Pokemon Fusion 2. I received Pokemon Soul Crystal and a regular Pokemon Silver and no Pokemon Orange. Customer Service has been pretty slow to answer, they have assured me Pokemon Orange is just sold out or something but it will get sent eventually. They have not given me an answer about the Pokemon Silver.

I've offered to send it back and receiece the correct game, which if they have listed the Pokemon Fusion games as Silver or Gold, cool, but the game I receieved is not labeled or look like what they have listed and they have not explained it as such.

I'm really frustrated as I've offered to send it back if they did send the wrong thing, but if not just explain why the pictures of the game are not what they're selling. I have pictures of the website version of the game they're selling, and what I received.

I spent about $170.00 for three games and only got 1 for sure that I ordered.

I basically got half my order correct, I was supposed to get a copy of “SOUL FUSION” but I received a different game. Was told through an email that it would be corrected and never heard anything after that.

Item was not what was shown in the picture and still have not recived a response for refund/exhange for the item. It's been a month since I contacted support.
