This is the first time I’ve purchased from Everytopbrand and wow the customer service is second to none. I can’t remember the last time a business owner personally went above and beyond to satisfy a customer.
The products were tailored to preference and are amazing quality.
You usually expect upto 10-15% wastage due to flaws/damaged products sneaking through the picking line but I found 2 items out of around 200+.
I have used other suppliers which are cheaper but ended up with so much wastage. So Everytopbrand will now be my ‘Number 1’ for my products.
I highly recommend and if I could give more that 5stars I would!

Customer service has gone above my expectations. They answered my emails on bank holiday weekends.
The items I’ve received are more than what I expected also. The quality of items is brilliant. You can tell they hand pick the items and check them over before sending. The incentives to order higher values are more than you’d expect with them being technically a freebie. I would recommend purchasing and will be having these as my first choice for purchasing preloved clothing stock.

Charles and Lisa have been amazing from the moment I contacted them. Being new to reselling, I was keen to get advice and they had no issue taking time to give me fab advice. Nothing was too much bother.
I had asked for products I thought would best suit me but they advised that rather than put my eggs all into one basket - I trust them to give me a selection. I am so glad I did. Best advice ever.

From the first phone call on a Sunday I was impressed with the way that I was able to say what I wanted and was given the pertinent information to help me understand the business. I then had a follow up phone call to ensure that I had purchased the right goods and emails to instruct me of delivery which am within the specified time. The clothes were impeccable, clean and folded. Will definitely be using this service again.

I went to visit EveryTopBrand today for the first time. I initially contacted Charles at around 8:30am and by 9:30am I was drinking tea with him and discussing what I'd like to purchase. Charles gave me some absolutely solid advice (as I'm new to the industry) and shared his knowledge with me. I walked in with no real plan or in depth knowledge (just that I wanted to resell clothing) and I walked away with over 100kg of really good quality clothing and tons of advice what to do with it now that I've got it. I feel like I've known Charles for many years even though I've only known him 6 hours 😅 a true gentleman who doesn't just want to sell you clothing but who wants to help you also! **Warning to All Shoppers!**

I would like to share my extremely unpleasant experience with the e-commerce company, EveryTopBrand, to help others avoid the problems I have faced.

**Details:**

In November 2023, I ordered a product from the EveryTopBrand website, which never arrived. It has now been ten months, and I have tried to contact the company several times, but they only responded when I threatened them with legal consequences.

In their first response to my inquiry about the status of my order, the company expressed their regret and claimed they had shipped the product twice, but both times the courier company failed to deliver. Despite this, they only offered a 50% refund, even though the package never arrived, and according to the law, a full refund is required.

I clearly stated that this was unacceptable and demanded a full refund, as required by law. I also emphasized that after ten months, my patience had run out.

Despite this, the company did not respond to my last email and still tries to withhold a portion of my money, even though I never received the product.

**Conclusion:**

This company is not trustworthy and does not respond appropriately to customer problems. Through my experience, I want to warn others to be cautious when dealing with EveryTopBrand, as you may face serious difficulties and disappointment.

If anyone has a similar problem, I suggest contacting consumer protection immediately and avoiding business with such companies.

A wonderful company to deal with 5 stars! Being a complete newbie I sent an email with a few queries not expecting much of a response, however Charles took the time to call me and give me valuable business advice + product suggestions. They clearly look after their customers as he has since been in touch to see how I am getting on and if I need further help. The clothes I received greatly exceeded my expectations! They were clean, didn’t smell and came in a large variety of styles and sizes and I have managed to sell a lot of stock in only a handful of days. They are an honest business, very approachable, happy to support their customers and I look forward to buying from them again. Thank you for not taking advantage of newbies! 😅

First time buying was very unsure of what to expect, delivery cannot fault it very very quick. I ordered Vintage Adults all seasons box and a Sampler Selection Box. The clothes in the Vintage Adult box one top had a button missing but no damage on any of the other clothing. And unfortunately the clothes did have a unpleasant smell which we are taken have them cleaned before I sell. The Sampler box all the clothes were in good condition and had no smell at all. Some of the clothes do need ironing but over all I do not regret the purchase.
