I ordered a Clima-cool unit but it was no good for the electricity in my house. I sent an e-mail asking to return it. 8 e-mails later I still have had no reply even though it said it could be returned in 30 days. I have reported them to Companies house and also sent a review to the BBC, I am a pensioner on a small income and cannot really afford to lose this money. I don't know what else to do now. Is there anyone who can help?

This company is utter rubbish. I bought hearing aids which I could not wear as they would not fit into my ears ( too big). I have tried to return them. I was told I could have 25% refunded if I left it at that! I asked for return address which unbelievably, was given to me in some Chinese language 😅. This made it obvious that this was a scam as there was no way they could be returned. I asked for the 25% refund which I am still waiting for.

Having been scammed four times already I thought I would try these as they have trust pilot how wrong I was, paid my money for purchase when I received my item I was discussed all I got was two bits of silicon and a bag of pellets the same as previous.
Sending an e-mail to ask for a refund which they offer had no response whatsoever, so I sent another e-mail no response whatsoever, then sent a third e-mail demanding a refund which they totally ignored.
This company are scammers, fraudsters they take your money and run and don't give a toss, and nothing gets done to them.

This company are simply scammers. Ordered item which wouldnt charge/keep the charge, absolutely useless. Raised dispute with Paypal and they said would refund providing I returned the item to Hong Kong at my cost. Their webpage clearly says if faulty the consumer will not be liable for return costs. Dispute continues but please read these reviews before ordering/handing over your money.

Wish i would have read the reviews before purchasing. Do not buy from this company. My experience is the same as others on here. The product is not what is described, no contact back from seller. I bought a climacool unit. Avoid.

I order from Evia uk three copper bottles
Was saying 99.9 real copper comes with three copper cups
Price was £90 reasonably good price so I did the purchase as everything was looking right
3 weeks after the bottles came from china in the cheap packaging and instead of copper bottles was a cheap stainless steel damaged one of them and either the cheap metal magnetic cups
I sent them email 4 times with no response back
They claim 30 days money back but I’m sure I will never see them
My honest opinion is they are scammers!!
Stay away from this scam,people !!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
Once again I fell for the sparkling video for their Climacool air con units, back on July the 12th I ordered two units to answer my prayers for cooler rooms they claimed that this British invention was taking the world by storm and within minutes my rooms would be super cool

On unpacking I was a little confused to see a fan heater unit,read through the very basic instructions which I followed so I plugged it in and got a burst of hot air but within a matter of seconds it cut out I unplugged it to try again using the very flimsy touch control on the unit and nothing happened I then checked the box and found a small remote control unit i managed to turn it on and hastily turned the temperature down to 16 degrees the lowest it would go but yet again within seconds it cut out so i decided to try the second unit but alas this one just simply would not turn on
So I emailed them requesting advice on how to return the goods on the 24th 25th 28th and 31st of July and so far on the 1st and 4th of August but have had absolutely no response from Evia oh how I wish I had read up Trustpilot reviews prior to ordering and given this company £149 of my hard earned money
So now onto the next step to contact my credit card to see if they can assist me
So please if you are considering buying from this company take my advice and DON’T

Ordered a Climacool for my 93 year old mum in this heat took over 3.5 weeks to arrive was plugged and went bang smoke and sparks. Have emailed and emailed right since I ordered had one reply to say on way now silence. Have recovered money through PayPal so they will now pursue it.

I bought a clearbreathe from this people. Like some other reviews all I received was the cheap plastic thing and no instructions, packet just had Chinese writing. Neither use nor ornament. Stay clear of these people

total scam - needs to be taken down

Tried emailing this company THREE times to return a product under their 30 day back gurantee. They are not answering my emails.

Company sent a heater instead of A/C , on trying it out the case overheated so dangerous. Contacted PayPal who gave me an address for return and an option to contact seller, he offered me full refund but not until he receives the A/C in Hong Kong and I have to pay the postage. I have been scammed by this company to the tune of £79.95p which as an OAP I can ill afford. I have escalated a claim through PayPal so time will tell. I feel so stupid as to fall for this sellers claims and I warn you all to stay clear.

Blue plastic thing with ball bearing. No instructions and took 15 days to come. Totally useless. It’s a scam don’t touch it.

Ordered breatheasy to help with my copd. What i received was nothing like the one advertised. Cheap blue plastic thing I a cellophane back covered in Chinese writing. Will have a heart attack trying to get the large silver ball inside to move. Thinking if going to trading standards.

Find out what company they used to get on the internet to sale items report them to that company then they maybe taken down Best of luck everyone who got done back this company in getting your money back, if paid by visa or any card you should be able to get your money back from them.

I have bought a Breath easy as I thought was to help my breathingb cost £19 95 and no instructions no inhaler just a piece if plastic with a silver ball inside..nothing else

Purchased clearbreath (air physio) but it looks like a cheap child's toy no instructions and doesnt seem to work

I paid £20 for a tiny bottle of serum & a brightening cream to remove a large skin blemish on my face after reading online how amazing this stuff is. After 6weeks I emailed Evia they did reply saying it's on the way to me. I received the order and have been using now for a month and nothing has changed, again I emailed them and the email bounced back. I'm left wondering if this stuff will work as there's no leaflet about the product just how to apply on the skin or whether there are possible side effects or how long it takes to work. I'm worried now as I don't know what I'm putting on my skin. The online story about this blemish removal serum & cream was very convincing. I should've read the reviews first. On the jar of cream it says apply then after 15 mins wash off that doesn't make sense. Obviously I've fallen for another scam company. The return guarantee means nothing.

The product does not work it has no benefits and could make things worse, the 90 day no quibble refund just send empty bottles is a blatant lie there is no return address apart from a Chinese address which will not exsist either, so do not even think about returning to China, I have tried contacting their customer services that does not exist either.
It is a shame that today you have to ignore everything you see on Youtube or the TV as more than likely it is a get rich quick scheme for evil people who prey on the vunerable, False claims with A.I. generated people and statements its about time people shared these experiences to prevent scum like this taking advantage, more should be done through advertising companies and the banks but so far they do not seem to care.
