Un étoile car on ne peut mettre 0. Tout simplement du vol un prix exorbitant de facturé à mon insu 130 dollars de débité pour un ave à 7 dollars. Honteux !

C'est une arnaque . Ils prennent dès frais bien peu visibles de dingue et j'attends toujours mon visa... je vais donc continuer sur le site officiels. Honte à Google de les mettre ainsi en évidence. Je me suis fait avoir!!!

Arnaque totale, c'est le 1er site qui apparaît sur Google. Les questions sont les mêmes que celles posées sur le site officiel !!! Il m'a été demandé une autorisation par la banque pour régler les 7$ de frais réels - comment se méfier...Total 130 US$ prélevés + frais bancaire, soit plus de 115€...Vigilance la plus totale pour les prochaines personnes souhaitant se rendre au Canada.

Ce site est une arnaque, ils facturent 130 dollars canadiens au lieu de 7. Le problème est que ce site ressort premier sur les résultats de recherche de google, ce qui fait penser que c'est le site officiel. En réalité ils indiquent 7 dollars de frais mais prélèvent sans prévenir 130 dollars. Le service client contacté répond simplement qu'ils ne remboursent rien.

They are not the official Canadian immigration website. They add hidden, inflated fees and mislead applicants into thinking they’re applying for a real Canadian visa through them. All they do is collect your information and submit it through the actual Government of Canada portal.
Save your money and time - always apply directly through the official Canadian immigration website.

This is a scam do not make the same mistake I did. They will not refund you the cost. Use the official website.

BEWARE!!! Scam company with rip off fees. Th website looks like a legitimate Government website but it is not. They hide massive fees on top of the basic $7 visa price, fees that you will only know about once you have hit submit at checkout.
So....here's a way to try and get your money back - contact your card provider and request a chargeback or section 75 claim for misrepresentation. Even if you are not successful, the merchant has to pay a non-refundable chargeback fee even if they win the dispute. So they get a penalty themselves no matter what for being so deceiving. They can even get banned from that card provider if they get multiple claims, so the more people who do it, then this sham of a website might get closed down.

These are scamming when your payment gone through then it shows they have taken £99.the actual government fee is 7 Canadian dollars.they designed this website to keep the payment hidden.

I'd give zero stars of i could. Stay clear. The lead you to believe its $7 cost but add an additional $123 !!!

EVISACAN is a scam!!!!!!

Just like others I was scammed for 112 € for the CANADA ETA. I requested to refund my money and cancel my ETA (I can do it by myself without the assistance of the third party service). I considered the payment process to have been misleading, as the total service fee was not adequately communicated before I completed the transaction.

To everyone who will apply their Canada ETA, Please check the official Canada immigration web site before requesting the CANADA ETA.

Please be mindful.

Dreadful company. It is a scam. They appear to be the official Canadian official site but are not. Instead of charging Can$7 for the official site I was charged £97 and the eTA was wrong.
Have not replied to my requests and emails.
Should be taken down off the internet.

This company scam you out of 130 dollars for a Canadian visa that should cost 7 Canadian dollars. You don’t see the full price until the end of the transaction. They are mimicking the official Canadian government website. DO NOT US THEM. GO TO THE OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT WEBSITE FOR A TOTAL COST OF 7 CD. THESE SCAMMERS ARE CHARGING 26 TIMES MORE THAN THE COST SHOULD BE, YES 26 TIMES MORE!!

This website is a scam. They pose as the official website, and just forward your information for an evisa.

So instead of getting a $7 CAD evisa through canada officially you pay these fraudsters $130 USD and they apply for it.

They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails.

Denunciad esta pagina a las autoridades canadienses, te cobran 130CAD por la visa cuando realmente cuesta 7CAD.
Hay que reportarla para que la puedan cerrar, no te devuelven el dinero y encima es una pagina falsa

Total scam. I feel like an idiot. They do not say ANYWHERE on there site that they will charge you £96 for a £5 visa to Canada. They don't even mention it on the payments page, which should not be allowed. I only found out when I checked my bank account. I want to swear and I can't. STAY CLEAR!!!!

J’ai été prélevé 130 dollars canadien pour un eTa sensé être facturé 7 dollars. Leur politique indique que des frais peuvent être facturés mais seront clairement annoncé lors du paiement or c’est entièrement faux car la transaction que j’ai validée était de 7 dollars et non 130 dollars ! Je comprends pas pourquoi Google mentionne ce site frauduleux comme premier choix lors d’une recherche de visa en ligne, honte à eux et au moteur de recherche Google qui devrait suggérer un site officiel en premier lieu.

The company refused my refund twice, on 4 and 6 September, with the same wording both times. Neither reply addressed the missing withdrawal information or gave the time of transmission to IRCC — which their own refund policy makes the deciding factor.

Ce site est une arnaque, ne pas l’utiliser. Il m’est arrivé exactement la même chose suite à ma demande pour obtenir un AVE canadien pour ma fille. Le montant annoncé ne correspond pas à celui débité. J’ai également fait une demande de remboursement immédiatement mais je n’ai aucune réponse depuis une semaine, donc pas d’illusion, je ne récupérerai pas les 115€.
