Application process was easy. Follow up was not. I never got a confirmation email with the Id number. I had to ask multiple times for the status of my request. I paid for the expedite service and I don’t think it was worth it.
Good communication but slow process
Communication was easy and the team was responsive, which I appreciated. However, the overall process took much longer than expected. Improving processing times would make the experience much better.

Follow-Up to Your Reply – Factual Clarification
Your response contains inaccurate statements and attempts to shift responsibility.
You claim that your team contacted me on October 20 and 21, 2025. This is completely false.
On those exact dates, I was actively contacting you through emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp, urgently explaining that my travel date was October 22, 2025 (the next day). I have timestamps and screenshots proving continuous attempts from my side with no response from yours.
The only reply I received was on my actual travel day (22/10/2025), where you calmly stated that there were “server issues” and that the visa would take another 5 days.
This message forced me to cancel my flights, accommodation, and travel plans, causing financial loss and severe stress.
On the same day, I personally visited the South African Embassy, where I was officially informed that:
South Africa eVisa applications are not processed through embassies
The correct and only channel is VFS Global
Normal processing time is 2–4 days, not weeks or months
This clearly confirms that I was guided through the wrong process.
Please do not claim that you “attempted to contact me” — I never stopped contacting you.
I even reached out to the founder of your company, Kayes Chowdhury Razwanul, on LinkedIn, and received no response.
It is misleading to now suggest that refunds were offered or that resolution was attempted.
From October 2025 until today, I received:
No visa
No apology
No explanation
No refund
Your public replies appeared only after I escalated the matter, which strongly suggests damage control rather than genuine support.
I will not engage in private communication anymore.
The chargeback process is active, and I have full evidence proving that no service was delivered. I trust the payment provider to resolve this fairly.
I will continue responding publicly to ensure transparency and to protect others from going through the same experience.

Evidence suggests the company uses U.S. credibility to attract international clients while routing payments through private channels (like PayPal) without proper tax reporting in the U.S. — a clear red flag. When pressed on payments and compliance, threats and deflection followed instead of transparency. I escalate the topic to the U.S. Department of Labor (Wage and Hour Division) and consider IRS reporting due to suspected unreported income. No contractor should go through this. Not recommended for freelancers, partners, or clients expecting ethical business practices. Stay away until they clean up their act.

Their customer service does not respond, and probably blocked me on WhatsApp as they no longer reply or receive any of my messages on the appointed DM.

Complete scam: Disappeared with the money - no response
Here's what I was promised and here's what happened:
1) I signed up for their "premium service" where I was promised a "Dedicated Visa manager" and "One-to-one communication"
2) The estimated time for the premium service was 5 working days
It's now been more than 15 working days. They're claiming there's some issue at the South African embassy. I can no longer take my trip, but they're refusing to refund me.
The one-one dedicated advisor is a complete lie. It's a generic whatsapp connection where anyone might answer. They also only respond there if they feel like it. I often have to ping multiple times for days before I get a response.
They keep promising the visa in a few days, but refuse all refunds. Save your money!
EDIT:
Can confirm this is a scam - they have completely stopped replying and aren't refunding the money.
