Within minutes, a tech issue I was extremely confused by was solved! They are so quick and accommodating with your hosting needs, I literally don't need any other service. I wanted to run a modpack that used Fabric (which EVL did not have support for), and they added it when I asked! Great folks.

I had a ton of questions, they answered them all super fast! They even went out of their way to join my game, assist live, and edit the server files with my approval! I've been through a lot of server hosting sites, this one is hands down the most interactive and support team drivin!

I had a really weird problem happening with a server I was renting, had no idea how to fix it. The support staff was very helpful, very kind and respectful even when the issue was my ignorance. However after we took all the extra mods and stuff like that off we still had an issue joining the server. The team ended up basicly reinstalling the server which fixed the issue. They also gave me a $10 credit and restarted my billing cycle, essentially giving me a week free. I have nothing but good things to say about them. 10/10 would recommend and plan on using them for other online dedicated servers.

Easy, works well, fast response and to tickets. Need to somewhat know what you're doing.

I have a PalWolrd server using EvlBox services since more than 2 weeks ago and i don´t have a single bad thing to say about them

The server is always up and working perfectly

Support is great and really helpful, everytime i had to change anything or needed help they always got it done in the same day, plus their staff is really nice

I also had to ask for 2 refunds for personal reasons related to server upgrades (within the 15 days) and they always got it done in a super easy process

I intend to keep using their services for a long time and im really happy with it

Customer support is personal and exceptional. I've had VPSs with evlbox for a year+ and getting things set up and troubleshooted (if necessary, which it usually isn't necessary) is a total breeze.

My Foundry server is reliable and I've never experienced an outage when I was using it.
