Very friendly, helpful and competent staff.

Penrose store were friendly, helpful and cared about the service they were providing. My son and I had difficulties with our bike rack and without even asking one of the employees offered to help and climbed under the car to attach it! Going the extra mile is rare these days so I appreciate it.

Awesome friendly staff. Really helpful ensuring we chose the right bike for myself and my daughter. Fitting accessories to customise was no problem either. Very happy with the new bikes.

worst customer service for a retail store.

Beware, they wont give refunds if you return your purchase, even if you're returning your purchase within a few days...

but if you argue with them long enough they may offer you a "take-it or leave-it deal", like they eventually offered me.

here's the deal you may get....you give them the goods back, they'll keep 10% of your money and refund you 90% of your money

and they'll call the 10% a "Restocking Fee", a fee to put your goods back onto their shelves!!!

I had no option but to accept their deal, I needed my money, I felt like I was being extorted more than being given a fair deal.

I wont be purchasing from this company again.

Easy order and quick delivery.
Good peoduct but I wouldn't mind if I ordered 2xL instead of XL.
Will shop again however!

Visited the Whanganui store and had the most fantastic service from the young men working there.
They really know their bikes and are genuinely passionate about cycling and are really nice young blokes and made a simple shopping experience one to remember. Shaun and team you have got some real gems with these guys !

Exceptional customer care, I was very well looked after from a online order that missed 1 item not in stock, team quickly fronted up reorganised a replacement item that I'm more pleased with. Local team at Invercargill are also very knowledgeable and always great help. Keep up the great work EVO

Evo Cycles were the only people in town who had Fox Defend DH pants. In addition, they were half price and in the exact size and colour I wanted. They arrived within a very few days. Great customer service in Botany and Penrose! I needed a new pair of biking shoes. These were not available in Botany but the staff member was so helpful! He called Penrose and the shoes were there in my size. Another great experience, staff member helped me and also offered to change over the cleats to the new pair of shoes! Very friendly staff in both stores and so helpful! So nice to be welcomed with a smile and the Shimano Women’s XC302 SPD shoes are of great quality and nice to use in my Les Mills spinning class

I purchased a balance bike at 9 am on Monday 8 December For $199 Return ed it 6 hrs later.
At purchase no explanation was provided regarding returning bike.
I was refused a refund. Replacement goods couldn’t be provided for at least 3 days
I contacted Service center with similar response
I found this grossly unfair and unethical.
I would not recommend doing business with this company again.
Customer satisfaction was a D - for me

I emailed asking about getting my bike looked at and whether it would be worth it. No reply. I went to the local store and they took my details but I haven't had a call back. I don't have any way to get my bike to the store to be checked and I'm disappointed that I've heard nothing back. I'm honestly ready to just dump the damn thing for all the use I get out of it.

In recent weeks I have been in your store twice. Total time would amount to approx 25 minutes. The first time I was looking to purchase 2 x EMTB. Despite hovering around and looking intently at two particular models, no one either approached me or even acknowledged our presence in store. Sadly I left and spent my money at another retailer.
I went back today looking for bike accessories.Spending time obviously looking for something, At this point I saw no other customers in store. Team were working on stock and no-one bothered to even say HI.
Again I walked out.
If you wish to retain any credibility in the retail sector in these tight time it would be appropriate to acknowledge your customers, potential or otherwise.

Fast service, good prices, easy decision.
