Very professional and a smooth experience
I found the whole process really smooth . From the first conversation with Amy, all information and advice offered was really professional. The option of spreading the payments was also really helpful and not offered with many providers. Install dates were also readily available and not weeks ahead. All clearly explained. I was really well updated with calls and texts. The technician Josh who completed the installation gave an arrival time and he was prompt and professional. The install was as I wanted, very clean and tidy and he was really informative and helpful in setting up the app and giving advice on its use. I would highly recommend!

Delighted with the company.
From the start, when I was insistent that I had a site survey so I could get help and advice on the which, where and cost, to finish when Connor completed a quick and extremely neat and tidy install, the whole team, especially Amy in the office and the top man Connor were friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease at spending over a grand on an outside plug !!!

Ben evolution solutions
Ben, who came to fit the charger was excellent. He came at a good time and took no time at all to fully fit the charger. He also only turned the power off when really needed, reducing any inconvenience. He was very polite and also helped to get everything up and running on the app. Great job.

Professional and pleasant to deal with
Survey was detailed and aimed at finding solution for older type house (no easy route charger to consumer unit). Installation threw up some issues but were handled very well by the install team.
I was particularly impressed by the pleasant and professional manner of the team throughout both the survey and installation. A credit to your organisation

Kieffer did a great job installing our…
Kieffer did a great job installing our Ohme epod charger. He was clear with suggesting where the charger would go, any potential issues that may arise and how he would install it, when the electricity would be turned off, and how to use it once it was installed.
He cleaned up afterwards and was polite.
I'd recommend Kieffer for installations of EV chargers.

I have just had my EV charger fitted by evolution solutions and I can honestly say they have been very helpful with everything they answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. Customer service bas very helpful and polite as was the engineer who came to fit the charger. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend
