Evolvebicycles Reviews

Very nice packed. Fast shipping. Dialog was easy.

I ordered the bundle with bike clothes. Unfortunately I didn't talk about the size. I picked L and the shirt was way to small.
If I won't to return it was on me and for new charge $30
Little picky on an order of $3200 imo

Communication leading up to the purchase of my Evolve Cima was excellent. I knew upon ordering my ML Cima in Matte Black that it was backordered but it arrived earlier than expected. I had a problem with some shipping damage to the frame, but Evolve was incredibly responsive and made everything right with no fuss. The quality of the frame, fork, seat post, and components, is exceptional! I also ordered a Krueza Apex cockpit and Elite Drive SL CS wheels that are equally impressive. I cannot wait to finish my build. I'd recommend their products and customer service to any aspiring buyer.

The bike has been great. I'm loving riding it. The build was pretty easy with few adjustments needed after. I really appreciated the great customer service provided by Martin Sun, who responded to several questions promptly and helped find the right size. I am happy to ride an Evolve frame, and you will definitely be at the top of my list when I replace my gravel bike, or need another road bike. Thanks!

I just bought a second frameset from Evolve. First, I bought the Evolve Cima; this time, I bought the Evolve Cima GR. Just like the first one, the quality is equal (better, really) to my S-Works. Their services and communication are also incredible. Lastly, to those wondering, their promised weight (of parts and frameset) is spot on. No other company has been so honest about that!

Tutto ok. Veloci e senza nessun intoppo

I bought Evolve Cima GR. Build quality and painting is top quality. Very helpful cutomer service. Highly recommend!

I bought the Cima Billow size small, this is not only very light but handles extremely will, comfortable looks awesome.

One of the best customer support I’ve ever experienced. They were super helpful in finding the right frame, delaying the delivery because of vacations and even checking back after I changed the color in the final order to see if it was on purpose or a mistake.
The frame itself is amazing as well. Would definitely order again from evolve.

Stiff, very comfortable, very fast, and ultra-light. It’s a truly fantastic frame. I’m seriously impressed! It can easily compete with the Tarmac SL9.

Martin in customer support was very very helpful answering questions very frequently for me during the purchase process and shipment. I purchased an Evolve Cima frame and wanted to have the ability to have clip on aero bars, so that made the process more difficult to match up with the headset, spacers, stem and handlebar. Nonetheless, I ended up matching a Trek Madone headset adapter to Madone spacers and a Trek RCS Pro stem to an RXL handlebar and “skinny” aero clamps with Profile Design extension bars. Overall, the bike is light and fast and quite comfortable. Just rode a 257 mile trip over three days (sometimes not so good roads) and feel great. Loving my Evolve Cima. Tom

Really happy with my Evolve Cima frameset. The build quality is excellent – everything fits together perfectly, the finish is flawless and the attention to detail is impressive for a frame at this price point.

I built it up myself with Shimano 105 Di2 and Farsports carbon wheels, and the whole process was straightforward thanks to the comprehensive user manual.

What really stood out though was the customer support. I had a few technical questions during the build and reached out to Aria, who responded quickly and with great expertise. It's rare to get that level of support, especially from an online brand.

Overall a fantastic experience from ordering to first ride. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a high-performance carbon frameset without paying western brand prices.

Merci

Good frame quality,and beauty painting
even if they are new brand but with excellent customer service

This was my first custom bike build, I was a little concerned. I sourced the Evolve Chima frame set, seat post, integrated handle bars. I purchased the Elite 36/50 wheelset from the sister company. Ordered a seat from Ali express and the Shimano Ultegra from Merlin Cycles. The bike shop assembled the bike and added Pirelli RS 30mm tires. The bike shop was impressed with the UDH hanger included, the quality of the frame was excellant and everything went together flawlessly. I received the frame and wheelset on Thursday, the build was completed by Saturday. The specialized SL8 is a great bike,, but nobody has the China / Twain color scheme in Las Vegas,Nevada. The bike really accellerates at 28mph and above on my first ride. I also had 42cm handlebars before , now I have 38cm. Dont be afraid to do your first custom bike build,, easier than I excepted
