Property is clean, spacious and well equipped as described. Great location to town and rail station.

A small but perfect one bedroom flat, great location and assess to the motorway. The flat was very easy to find with easy access to the property. This is the perfect place for both a short or long term stay for a single person or couple.

Wonderful experience

Had all the essentials in the kitchen and all the cleaning products and machines were straight forward and easy to operate. Bathroom was neat and toiletries were nicely given to us as well. Great place to stay

Recent stay at Ciaran’s beautiful York apartment. Brilliantly located, warm and pristine, with comfortable beds, quality linens and a great shower. 10 minute walk to centre of town, with gorgeous cafes and pubs right on the doorstep. Highly recommend and will be back!

We’ve just returned from a weekend away in York, staying at one of the properties with Evolve. The apartment itself was in a good central location, with a 10 minute walk into the city centre.

Prior to arrival, our host Ciaran sent clear instructions on how to access the property and also recommended the nearby car park, which was useful when you’re not from around the area. Check in went seamlessly and the apartment itself was fantastic - cleaned to an exceptional standard and had all appliances you may need during your stay.

The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive to any questions you may have, and also go the extra mile with ensuring everything with your stay is going smoothly whilst you’re in the property.
