if i could give them a 0 star i would, this company is an absolute shambles, their clothes are an absolute scam they look nothing like the photo at all, they advertised their ‘angel wings tracksuits’ on tiktok, they looked lovely hence why i ordered them, not only did they take 3 weeks to come they are the worst quality i’ve ever seen, the joggers are paper thin u can literally see through them, i can only assume they buy their items in bulk off ali express or some other cheap site and resell them hence why the shipping takes so long, i have emailed about 6 times now about a refund, they email back once asking if the shipping packing has been opened and ignore you after that, genuinely do not waste your money you’ll get better quality on shein

HORRIBLE Customer service. I ordered 2 sweatshirts on November 2 for a Christmas present. I was assured I'd receive my items prior to Christmas and offered to pay for expedited shipping. I did not receive my items until January 10. I repeatedly requested a refund but no avail. In addition, one of the sweatshirts came damaged with a hole in the left arm. No response from vendor.

Took 3 weeks to ship and the quality was terrible I knew it was going to be fake but it really was that bad I ordered the grey “Mertra” hoodie and it was apparently gunna be grey and blue but mine was grey and black, inside of hood was supposed to be blue it was white.
Joggers are ok but aren’t the write sizing, if I could give a zero I would terrible brand they are trying to scam you never buy

I only wished I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 3 items for Christmas presents, order placed in November, eventually received a delivery after weeks of chasing and being ignored, to then have a missing item. The quality of the clothes that did arrive were average at best. Upon querying where the remaining order was they tried to gaslight me into believing I had received it and was lying. After insisting that they either deliver the missing item or refund me, I eventually, almost 2 months after the original order was made was told 'the item is now out of stock'. They honestly are an absolute joke to deal with. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Honestly the clothes aren't even that great .

Just received the villain tracksuit and the quality is shocking the hoodie is practically see through and the labels have just been iron on to the hoodie and the joggers not what I was expecting what so ever thought it wouldn’t came how it looked in the photo more shame to me for thinking it was gonna come how it was suppose to

The emotional damage from being scammed was worse than the financial loss. I trusted the process and lost everything. C͟y͟p͟h͟e͟r͟G͟u͟a͟r͟d͟I͟n͟t͟e͟l͟ gave me hope when I had none. Their expertise brought my money back and lifted an unbearable weight.

PLEASE PLEASE do NOT order from this company they are a complete scam I ordered items back in oct for Xmas presents still not received the items then tracking confirmed and I emailed EVONNI confirmation that the item were being returned back to them I have had no response from them and they have kept my money after numerous times requesting a refund no customer service manners what so ever absolute shambles of a company

Villian tracksuit is a fake copy it nothing like the one advertised it cheap material it not got an embroidered logo it printed on. The print colour does not match the leopard print material in the hood or trousers it like a pink colour it a cheap Nasty material

These products are not the original items advertised and sourced from China for $10, they're making a profit off you for awful clothing.

Terrible company, a complete rip off.
I bought a green jacket, and received a beige one with a broken zip and terrible stitching. The quality is really poor.
The returns policy states you cannot return things unless the package is unopened - this makes it impossible to return because how are you supposed to know if you are satisfied with the product if you don’t open it? I have sent photographic to customer support of the bad quality and have sent multiple complaints - these have been ignored. Do not buy from this company, it’s a scam.

Awful product, awful customer service. Please don’t purchase from these con artists. They make it impossible to return after taking your money and insulting you with the hideous tracksuit that would fit a 7 year old .

SCAM WEBSITE. The item looked absolutely nothing like the photos advertised. I filed for a return and their returns policy says they dont accept OPENED ITEMS. ie - so no customers can return when they see how awful the quality and items as a whole are.
