Response to my concerns regarding returns were addressed quickly via email. Adjustments to my account were done for replacement. My future purchases for my Tesla will be at Evooor. Great follow through!

So far the response has not been great. It has been 5 business days and no tracking number. I purchase for my son's birthday next Wednesday and have heard nothing, The phone number on the site doesn't work.
I had to change the shipping address because I was afraid it will not arrive.

It’s a great product, it fits perfect to my car and it is a pleasure to use it. It’s really fantastic and it’s an easy installation with the correct tools 👍

The module is so easy to install and works as advertised. The added features of opening the trunk and releasing the charge cord via the door handles is an incredibly convenient Easter egg. Customer service is top notch if you have any issues.

The best customer service/support I have seen in a long time when it comes to on-line commerce. Specifically, Gloria is the bomb. Very quick and responsive to get back and treated me like a valued customer (how often does one see this, like never).

Great product support. I had a minor issue with a product ordered but they were quick to reply back with help and get a new unit sent out. Very happy with our purchase.

The buying process was easy. The support was outstanding there were some issue with my shipping not their fault, but they are very supportive all the through, Im surprised by the service level that they have for customers. I would definitely purchase more item in the future.

I purchased two (2) sets of wheel protectors for my two (2) Tesla Model Y. One (1) wheel protector was missing the adhesive tape. Evooor replaced a complete set for the missing tape. They provided a timely and professional solution for me. QUALITY & PROFESSIONALISM has impressed me. Thank You…..

The sunshade does work as advertised. Didn't want to buy something that would make my Tesla look cheap, but it works well.

In our new world of buying everything online and spending anything more then $100 bucks, let me honest, it can be scary and off putting to the point where most of your “wants” sit in a cart forever after you’ve waited forever and killed so much time. None of us want or will risk f ing up our teslas over some BS parts so makes sense to be honest like I was. But I finally gave in and gave them a shot.

Was it a risk? Nope, not with this group and there website and support. What you pay for is and is what you get. And what you’re paying for is not just a guaranteed product, but you get the best customer service ever!

I’ve purchased a few items from people who bought stuff from evvoor and was happy and satisfied enough to purchase something myself and hope for the best and HE*L YES!

Got it quick, pricing was the cheapest by car, and Gloria from customer service rocks! Even after I paid I had a bunch of follow up questions and she responded to me even faster then before I paid! She’s great! Ask her anything and she will get right back to ya.

Cool stuff on there website and all legit.

Beware: cheap products, absolutely not as advertised! Arrived broken in 3 pieces, weeks late, "Real Carbon Fiber" Tesla Model Y spoiler is made of cheap plastic.
