As newcomers to Canada, we were overwhelmed by the costs of getting a car—insurance, gas, and all the extras. Public transport was slow and frustrating. We decided to buy an e-bike, and it has been a game-changer! It was a thoughtful gift for my husband's daily commute, and he absolutely loves it. The support team was fantastic and made everything smooth and easy.

Best Bike, As a new comer to Canada buying a car takes alot of money and after it takes insurance and other costing, So we were so stress out by the public transportation as to travel 20 km it was taking 1.5 - 2 hours including waiting time, So i have decided to buy a ebike knowing no insurance needed there and gifted to my husband to commute to their office work. they support team was too excellent

I had an issue with a brand new e tron i bought and instead of them helping like the guy promised me on the phone they just started ghosting me and now im stuck with a manufacturing issue on my brake with no help
i dont recommend anyone buying the bikes are not tested enough and they wont help you even if u have warranty

Components are cheap, but motor has been good so far. Starts every time and runs well.

The first bike we received, we could not change the gears. After some back and forth, albeit, they agreed to switch bikes. The new bike is acceptable, but certainly, the gears are still to stiff for an 11 year old to manipulate, so we are doing what the dealer suggested, putting it in to 3rd gear, and driving it like that.

I cannot believe how good the service was from Evoque, they answered all my emails the day I sent them. Gave me detailed answers to the questions I had. Shipping was fast (3 days for free shipping). Excellent customer service and my 250cc bike is amazing!

I've now ordered my 3rd dirt bike from Evoque!! I've put around 250km on my Evoque 250cc, we ordered the 150cc for my buddy, now just pulled the trigger on a new 125cc for my 11 year old son. Gotta say that I'm really satisfied with the quality of my bike, I live in BC and do lots of mountain trails with challenging terrain. The bike is awesome!! Don't be discouraged by anyone trashing Chinese built bikes, Evoque is a cut above the competition, bikes are solid and crazy fun!!!😎🤙

So far I have rode 40km their E-Tron ebike.Absolutely and I'm looking forward to riding it out on a longer overnight trip to see how much I can get out of it. Makes this ebike more fun too. Cheers thanks
