If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
Do not buy from this company. They are an absolute disgrace.
I purchased a two-seater bistro set, but when it arrived, the table legs were missing, making the table completely unusable.
I contacted Evre's customer service, but the response was extremely unhelpful. Before they would even consider resolving the issue, they insisted on contacting DPD to investigate whether the package had been tampered with before delivery. Seriously, who would steal four table legs from a flat-pack box?
I then had to argue just to secure a replacement. Initially, I was told it could take up to 10 days for replacement table legs to arrive from their supplier, despite the fact that my original order had been delivered the very next day as part of the purchase. To make matters worse, they even suggested that I buy another set if I wanted a next-day replacement. That was completely unacceptable.
Eventually, we agreed that DPD would collect the incomplete set the following day and that a brand-new, complete replacement would be delivered the day after. I carefully repackaged everything, and DPD collected it as arranged.
The next day, instead of receiving a replacement, I was sent back the very same box I had returned. You couldn't make it up.
I have now requested a refund, but I've been told it won't be processed until they receive the returned package—even though they were the ones who sent it straight back to me.
Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and an appalling way to treat customers. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you avoid this company and spend your money with a more reputable retailer instead.

Beautiful rattan garden furniture. We went for Miami grey one. Great Quality and furnishing, setting instructions were clear and i was able to set it up within an hour or two.

Please stay away from this company. I refused to pay the £39.99 collection fee once they sent me the wrong cushions. They then implied they would do the collection free of charge and once I’d sent it back took the £39.99 out of my refund. They are an unethical business.
Zandra is also an expert at gaslighting the facts be careful and stay away

It’s a fair priced item but there is a bracket missing from the foot rest. Also I’m not sure but I believe the bench is supposed to fit under the sofa but it doesn’t and it is definitely put together correctly. The evre plate is upside down maybe a little slap dash

Avoid this company!
Incorrectly welded framework - Customer service said we had to return the faulty part before they would rectify.
How do we do that with no packaging?
Also no apology for any inconvenience.
Very poorly made. Instructions useless.
Incorrectly labeled parts.
And the frame welded with the bolt holes to the front not side for connecting the parts.
Customer service team do not care at all.
Delivery was late.
No communication from them at all.
Utterly appalling!
