I am sick to the back teeth with this company! How they are still being allowed to trade is beyond me. When does it start looking like a delivery scam instead of incompetence. 6 out of 10 parcels lost... Toon meer

Unfailingly dreadful

Unfailingly dreadful. Evri tracking s full of lies and they just don't do what they claim. I wish suppliers would use another company. Even Royal Mail beats this lot hands down.....

I'm up dating a previous post

I'm up dating a previous review.
Temu chased up an order that Evri had failed to deliver to me and it turned out that they had attempted a delivery but to the wrong address I had no notification as to the attempted delivery so was left in the none the wiser
After Temu chased up the order I finally received it, but that's where it got worse as the delivery was made at 23:48 and just left out in the rain as I'd already gone to bed obviously not wanting to make contact
This firm have got to be one of the worst delivery companies out there and about as useful as a chocolate tea pot

What a joke of a company have waited…

What a joke of a company have waited nearly 10 days for parcel that’s now went missing customer service is a absolute joke can’t even get to speak to a human people in the company stealing parcel please avoid as you will be left very disappointed and out of pocket as you have to wait 28 days to get a refund horrible mistrusting company

I have no idea why businesses continue…

I have no idea why businesses continue to use Evri!!! They are by far the worst courier operating today. Shocking timelines, incorrect delivery notifications, deliveries to the incorrect house, sub standard communication. Operational management team need to take a hard look at themselves

This is the worst parcel company ever

This is the worst parcel company ever! I have arranged with three different suppliers to have parcels collected over a week ago. Emails from Evri three days running saying they will collect them but they didn’t bother! Yesterday I had another parcel which I needed collected so arranged it online with the supplier. Absolutely gobsmacked todayto have the Evri courier literally knock on my door and run away but he was only delivering a parcel. I ran down the path to see if I could get him and tell him he needs to collect my parcel and he had completely vanished. Another trip to the post office with my parcel next week. I shall of course be letting all the suppliers know that the parcel company they put so much trust in are utter crap.

Evri are without doubt the most…

Evri are without doubt the most incompetent courier service in the UK ! I ordered a small antique miniature from Ebay at the cost of £180. When the tracking didn't update for over a week I queried this with the seller. I then reported it to Evri online. They promised delivery that day...never appeared. Promised to look into it the following day. Nothing happened. Contacted their CEO and others hoping for a more positive response. How naive was I ? Instead I got a reply from Evri stating they cannot trace nor track my order and it must be lost in their system. Although they offered the standard apology they took absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY for loosing my order. Have heard nothing since. They had the nerve to suggest I may be able to get a refund from the seller when they Evri have admitted LIABILITY. Evri lost my £180 order not the seller!

They are absolutely atrocious as are their upper management. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

They didn't deliver the item

They didn't deliver the item, returned it without asking in the system, but didn't deliver it back to me the sender,and refused to respond to my queries. Never using them again. All automated and they don't care.

No improvement to Hermes service

The parcel was delivered to the porch in the wrong house despite having the correct address on the label. Fortunately, the neighbour brought it round when they found it. No email delivery confirmation. Awful service, exactly the same as when they were called Hermes.

Still trying to deliver to a business address at silly o'clock

An update from my previous one star review I posted only yesterday. Always a computer generated reply on trustpilot from evri - there's no human involvement whatsoever. I had an email today, 21st May, saying we're ever so sorry blah blah blah and my parcel would be delivered today. That never happened. I have another parcel being delivered to my business address, and guess what? That's scheduled to arrive between 7pm and 9pm !! I have said to myself I will never buy from anyone again on ebay or the likes if they use evri. It's going to be delivered by Royal Mail or not at all. We used to get daytime deliveries between 11am and 1pm until last week. Well why now are we getting just evening deliveries?

Care-less

I've waited all day for a parcel to be informed by Evri, belatedly after 4pm they're not coming.
I cancelled my day to be in.
I don't know when it's coming.
It's a large package so I do need to be in.
Utterly atrocious, they have no respect for people who have to make arrangements to stay in.
I don't know why companies employ them?
I won't use a company for purchases if I know they use Evri.
Evri, only ask for reviews if they know they've done a good job otherwise they don't.
So dishonest.

The post office used Evri to send a…

The post office used Evri to send a parcel to my son in Colombia. Absolute s’t show no tracking no customer service each call is a customer service bot which only has standard replies. The parcel went missing. The customer service phone number is also a bot. Well done Evri it’s hard to get it so wrong. Do not use for anything

Just atrocious service and repeated lost deliveries of parcels they claim to have delivered. I actively ask companies if they use evri and then won't order unless they can provide an alternative solution. No confidence in this company at all

No knock or ring. Rubbish tracking

A two hour slot.

Tracking which merely tells you it is out for delivery unlike say DPD who can pinpoint where the driver is and actually send a message when he is close.

Package left in middle of doorstep in full view of street. Driver didn't knock or ring.

I hate to see that so many times I use…

I hate to see that so many times I use Evri the boxes are damaged in a way that looks as if they (the drivers) wanted to know what's inside. I cannot believe this is a simple coincidence (mid of the box with a whole, as if hit, but ripped well enough as to have a glimpse inside the parcel).
Do you really need to know what's inside? Or can't you handle things so the boxes come intact?
It feels so bad I have to write such a review, especially when I know delivery is not easy job.

I trusted them and they lost my parcel…

I trusted them with a personal parcel to ship internationally and they lost it!
Tracking was useless.
Contacting them (personally) is literally impossible.
No explanation about the loss, I don't know what happened and they are not refunding the shipping costs.
Very bad experience - DO NOT SHIP ANY PARCEL WITH EVRI!!

Wrong delivery address again

My house has a clearly readable sign on the wall beside my door showing my house name. Yet again evri ( either ignore or just don't bother to look,) have dumped a huge box belonging to someone else, right under my house name. So many people complaining yet nothing improves

Unprofessional Company.

Not surprised to see Evri only have 1 star. I ordered a gift for son in law for his birthday, which I paid for next day delivery. After 12 days I still haven’t received it and trying to get in contact with a human from Evri to find out why they haven’t delivered my package is like talking to a grass field, all computerised with no one getting back to me after over 10 attempts. This company needs to shut down as it doesn’t care about customers or the service they should provide.
