Normally delivery is great service. However last week booked a return to Bonmarche using Evri. I paid my fee, packaged up item and printed off a label for next day pick up. As I am disabled and undergoing cancer investigations I assessed this was a good choice - less worry for me. WRONG. Three days later still waiting for pick up to return to Bonmarche. Evri App says it’s not expecting returns from me but Evri have taken money to do this??? So here I am - not going back on Chatbox as it’s totally useless - yes I have attempted this. Exhausted by all of this and thinking how hard can this be for Evri?? Contract broken with me that’s for sure and I made this decision thinking it would be a relief. 🥲

I have received a useless response to my review for EVRI for a delivery to my home on the 18th of June, 2025. 24 hours has passed long ago, I've still not heard back from EVRi. The unhelpful response was for ME to contact them on their number that no-one answers (although there is a picture of a HUMAN being on their website). What set up is EVRi?? Where are the HUMANS. I'm still waiting to be sent an email...something to offer an explanation to my stolen items!!
Awful delivery company
This delivery company has shown a lack of professionalism. I have received numerous emails notifying me that my package is on its way; however, I have not yet received the delivery. There has been no apology or acknowledgment of this inconvenience, which is quite disappointing and unacceptable. It's still old Hermes; nothing happens even though they change the name! Disgusting!

Despite two reviews from me this has still not been delivered. After my first review Claire replied I’ve checked your package and it is ready for delivery and will be delivered to you shortly, not delivered, I reviewed again and was given the same response , still not delivered, are they going to deliver?
I had previously ordered the same item and it was returned by your driver saying buyer refused to accept, then returned the package to China, this was never attempted to be delivered to my house. I reordered and now Evri are still not delivering to me!

ordered item off Amazon item never arrived, it says item delivered to a safe place??? was it a safe place in the delivery drivers home??, they should take a picture or video handing it over to the customer or posted a pic of the front door , also before handing it over ask for two forms of I.D. i.e. two letters with name and address on them that they have the correct address and person, yet another customer had there parcel go missing from a thieving driver.

I was supposed to have a parcel delivered today, Evri took it to the wrong block of flats, despite mine being directly opposite. They handed the parcel to a man, it was addressed to my Mum, no questions asked. Just gave him it amd disappeared. Absolute morons.
Tried to scam me out of extra charges…
Tried to scam me out of extra charges by claiming my parcel was 4x the size it was.
Asked them to show me their proof in case of future legal action and they backtracked.

I ordered a parcel on Thursday the 12th and I got a message confirming it would arrive on Wednesday the 18th. Then I got another message informing me it would be delivered on Monday the 16th. I was not around Monday, so I had the parcel diverted to the Post Office (a drop off point) opposite my house (30m away). Instead of dropping of there the driver took it back to the depot. Since then I have contacted them only to receive generic emails back. You can't chat to anyone online and you can't phone a person to find out any info. I filled in two enquiry forms and was told an agent would phone me within 24hr, however this did not happen. I still have not received my parcel. I will not use these again! Just as poor as Hermes was!
100% failure rate on delivering parcels to the correct address 
having had nine parcels can you believe out of the last night I ordered from Amazon two were delivered incorrectly by Evri with photographs showing that they have been delivered to the wrong place.
Another Evri parcel said it was delivered with no evidence of it and it never arrived so congratulations you have successfully failed 100% in the last three deliveries through Amazon that you were supposed to deliver. Appalling service as always. I avoid you like to play as always and I have actually said to companies I will not use them if they use you for deliveries and now I'm losing money because I'm not getting my deliveries which mean I cannot carry out the work which means I one step away from the election and compensation. You are ridiculous. Why are you still in business? 
More crap non-service from Evri .
What went wrong was my goods were not delivered as usual . My heart sinks when i see that the seller is using Evri or herpes as i prefer .i just know that i will NOT get my goods . They cannot be contacted , i contact the seller , they tell me THEY can't contact Evri . Why use them i ask , because they're cheap , i'm told . If they paid their eastern european drivers more perhaps they wouldn't steal our goods , and they could get English lessons so they can ask directions . Evri , and it's close competitor in incompetance ,Yodel .should be shut down , made bankrupt and deported .
Shockingly bad
Shockingly bad. App doesn't work correctly, and they decided to return my parcel back to the sender, after stating it was lost, then received an email saying it was out for delivery. Can't get through to a human, just bounced between the chat bot, an automated line and their fake CS agent via email Claire.

Ordered next day delivery as I’m going on holiday. 3 days later still not turned up. Sent an email no reply. This is the 3rd time I have had items delivered by evri,the first never arrived. Said had photo proof of delivered in my porch wasn’t even my porch. lol. When I order items again I will make sure they are not the delivery company if they are will take my business elsewhere. Paul.
