I always got "wrong IP". The reply of the incompetent ex-load bunch: " you have to use the same ip addres,m your address keeps changing." Of course it does,that is the goal of a VPN to protect your privacy, isn't it ? If you value privacy, don't use ex-load.

I renewed my premium account for another month and when I went to check my premium traffic it was negative, the payment was confirmed several days ago, the account expiration date was renewed, but the traffic was not released, this is very frustrating, I do not recommend this service, keep your distance from it

I recently created an account on this site and moved to buy premium.
On their page where you are presented with the different premium options their 1 month premium is priced at 34€ but when I selected it and moved to the actual bank transaction page the price they would charge was 1366 Turkish Lira which is about 47€ and about 13€ over the originally claimed price. I still accepted the charge from my bank app but for some reason it failed on their part.

I ve send a "support ticket" asking why it failed and why am I charged in another currency and a price well over what they claim.

They replied the next day with a plain "Hello, your transaction status - Failed, not paid".

I did not get any comment on my issue on why am I charged more than they claim and why is it in an obscure foreign currency.

Crap for service, I don't trust them. Instructions said to pay for gift card, but then never receive access code.

Hab mir 2 Mal den Premium Zugang geholt, um einige unzensierte Inhalte herunterzuladen.

Vor einem Jahr hat der Zugang etwa 20€ gekostet, und das war noch ok so, aber jetzt wollen sie 34€ pro Monat, und ich finde das sich jetzt nicht mehr lohnt.

Man müsse beachten, dass die versprochenen 65GB täglich nicht eingehalten werden, sondern die Betreiber teilen es auf 48 Stunden auf.

Ich denke mal, dass ich keinen Premium Zugang mehr holen werde...

Their refund system is a scam, they couldn't solve my connectivity problem with their server, I sent them several refund requests and they never responded. So if you are careful if you subscribe and have connection problems, they guarantee that you will have lost the money.

They are advertising with a 1 month premium account for €15,-. Then I went to the checkout page and suddenly it was €30, even €43 when you want to pay with bitcoins.

Advertised traffic per two days is 65GB (that is sixty five GB or 65000MB roughly speaking).
In fact, after 6GB (six GB) your paid premium account gets blocked due to traffic exceeded.
Opening a ticket is almost impossible since the site does not support https for its help desk and so the stupid captchas don't work at all (you have to hack into the javascript to send the ticket).

Also, resellers advertised as supporting specific payment methods don't actually support those methods.

The whole site is a complete fail, with claims being wrong, advertisement being wrong, information being wrong, support site not being up-to-date.

STAY AWAY, use a backdoor-provider instead.
