Couldn’t recommend excel currencies enough, first class service. Jamie in particular is an incredible asset to the company and couldn’t help me enough.

Liam was exceptionally helpful and kept great communication open. He explained the whole process to us, made sure he knew how risk averse we were and understood exactly what we needed from him.

Excel Currencies are not the cheapest, we could have gone to a few other companies who would have given us a better rate, however we felt in safe hands with Liam and thought it was better to go with a person we trusted rather than a company who would give us a better rate.

Overall, we were very happy with completed transaction for the house sale.

Superb customer service throughout the process from Holly and Liam.
There were patient and professional throughout my experience of buying an Italian property.

Jamie made the process of transferring the proceeds of our money from France less stressful than it would otherwise have been. He was very helpful and explained everything in detail so we understood the process. Excel currencies were a pleasure to deal with and would recommend them to anyone needing to transfer money with peace of mind.

I was dealing with Ian Daly at Excel Currencies who was going to help me and my Husband lock in at a good deal for GBP to Euro for our house purchase in Spain.
Ian was great always messaging me and we were so really close at locking in at a good rate, then Ian went AWOL no communication no message to say he was on holiday and left me no contact details in his absence, we were going to lock in and the last message I had from him was he was waiting for data as I waited and waited nothing and as I chased and chased was told he was on Holiday (well it would of been nice to of been told or have someone take care of me in his absence) by the time I called the rate had dropped so much another colleague offered me a ridiculous rate to lock in that I went elsewhere and was offered a lot better rate with better margins. I really felt let down a) Holding on for data that maybe never existed? b) being left without support 3) being laughed at on the phone saying oh Ian is not in your good books!’ 4) being bullied into trying to secure a low rate .. luckily I contacted another company and was treated with respect and as I said a better deal with a better rate.
Still no apology to date only a message from Ian when I said I had locked in with another company ‘Could I advise the time I made my exchange with the other company’ say no more!
Such a shame I was let down by this Company.

Jamie was always available for answering my questions and provided all the necessary required support.

I would highly recommend Excel Currencies if you want a seamless professional service from start to finish. I have an existing WISE account that I knew would be cheaper to use because it is a no frills DIY process. I tested their customer service team regarding larger transactions and money Laundering requirements. In the end getting a faceless response by email over 24 hours later nailed it for me. I had already had the benefit of several telephone and whatsap conversations with Jamie who met all my challenging questions with courtesy, clarity and confidence. My main objection was that WISE was cheaper but in the end there was no comparison as what is actually a relatively small cost you get a high level premium service. Jamie not only made me feel confident but he gave me peace of mind and I trusted him and his team when sending money overseas for a house purchase and this was priceless! I am so glad I saw the benefit before it was too late as now that I have had the end to end service I would definitely use again. A special mention to Jessica as she mirrored Jamie's high level of attentiveness when keeping me up to date with the trade transactions process whilst we waited the usual few days for the overseas bank to approve. Gold Star Service will definitely use again!

Excel were recommended to me by several people and I’m so glad they did.
I dealt mainly with Liam. He was friendly, knowledgeable and never ever pushy.
He helped us to buy our new property in Spain and in doing so he saved us a lot of money. He was ‘upfront’ with how each and every transaction would work and was always there to answer any queries we may of had. I would highly recommend Excel Currencies.

Enormous problems trying to sell house in Cyprus but eventually managed with a host of Cypriot restrictions. Excel proved a godsend when transferring payment from Switzerland in euros to an excel euros account to an excel sterling account then to a Resolut interest bearing account which pays me £30 a day!! Thank you Daniel and Jessica for your superb help and advice.
