Very friendly staff. Clean and well serviced. Very basic interior decoration. Decent wine and liquor options. Marginal food quality, marginally interesting and options compared to all other lounges.

Nice pleasant lounge. All staff very courteous, nice and relaxed, food and drinks available.

The quality of the food offered was extremely poor, and the attendants appeared disengaged and uninterested in their roles. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
As a very frequent flyer, I visit this lounge regularly. Unfortunately, the Aspire Lounge in Newcastle - despite a relatively new renovation - has consistently declined in quality over the last few years, when one would reasonably expect it to improve instead.

Limited food options. Premium food item is an $8 hot dog.
Beverage arrives much later than food.

Arrived at 7pm T2 Manchester, and was told we could go in but it closes at 8pm. Fine, we paid in, and then by the time we got in add another 5 mins on, and then the bar closed at 7:30pm!!! We were not told of this prior, and when we told them on the way out that we should have been informed, she got her manager over and said I did tell them, and we were completely fobbed off . Really disappointed with the lounge. The bar staff however were really good, and when I told them our problem then got us another drink each. The lady on the door and the manager 28/01 7pm, were completely disregarding of the situation

The quality of the furniture is shocking all worn out. No facilities. The drinks selection is limited and basic and the food is poor quality with no selection.Person behind the bar is rude. Floor staff unfriendly. Wont return. And I see they charge walkins £51.

food , comfort and friendly staff

A really impressive little lounge. Honestly better than many much larger lounges I have visited. The staff are excellent: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

The food selection is surprisingly broad and very down to earth. Things like baked potatoes and macaroni cheese alongside a good range of salads you can mix yourself. Comfort food done well, without trying to be fancy.

The lounge itself is very comfortable and stylishly decorated. It feels relaxed and practical rather than showy. No silliness, no status signalling, just a place that works.

I travel very frequently and have been in lounges all over the world. This one jumped straight to the top of my list of favourites.
