Staff is good just space problem and privacy remove sofa area

Easy check in. Good buffet

Loungen i CPH var propfyldt.
Fra indgang, til at finde en siddeplads, til mulighed for buffet og et glas vin, var den første halve time gået.
Til trods for dette, blev personalet blot ved med at give adgang til loungen.
Al for ringe oplevelse. Kunne have sparet pengene og blevet i afgangshallen, same same.

First time in Inverness lounge. Disappointed there is no fruit juice

Nice and clean, decor is a little juvenile. Bright colors, etc. Food selection is nice, but lounge itself is a bit small. No red wine was available…

Essentially a few seats in a corridor. No atmosphere. Feels like an afterthought rather than a premium lounge.
Mostly restaurant style seating with ten lounge style seats all packed together tightly.

The food is terrible and not replaced in line with food hygiene regulations (they just dumped the new stuff on top of the old).
Sparkling wine is extra and inclusive drinks are rationed to single measure spirits and half pints for lager.

I just want to mention the food again, because it was really really bad. It was dry.

No bottled water, only London tap water.

Th staff were friendly, but only once you were in. The queue has two lanes, one for people that have booked and the other for walk-ins. The staff become frustrated with customers very easily because the sign is not clear and everyone joins one queue.

At this point I would like to mention the food again; it's really bad. Stale and limited to bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and beans. There are some pastries, but they look dry and unappetising.

The coffee machine looks like one you would find in an office. There is only one coffee machine.

The range of alcoholic drinks is limited. Only one draft larger and the branding on the glasses is different to the brand of lager served.

Did I mention the food? It's really bad.

There are no toilets or showers. You must go out of the lounge and use the public ones.

There is no fresh fruit.

Even if you book in advance there is no guarantee of seats as they let in large numbers of walk-ins. Plus there is a booking fee so you end up paying more than those that didn't book , but without any benefit.

I would not use the lounge again.

BTW - the food is terrible

Absolut den dårligste lounge jeg har besøgt.

Great food and bar. Friendly atmosphere and friendly staff, a great way to start a holiday.
