Exit Technologies was made aware in a phone conversation that per HIPPA guidelines, the hard drives were properly disposed and were off the table before the quote was sent.

The core issue revolves around a batch of decommissioned hardware, primarily Dell Optiplex computers, which Exit Technologies initially valued at $7,700 and agreed to purchase, including logistics and recycling. After the hardware was shipped, a settlement report from Exit Technologies drastically reduced the valuation to $0, prompting Idris Busari to claim the company is attempting to scam Horizon Alliance Technologies out of the equipment or the promised payment. The emails track the negotiation, the agreement, the coordination of shipping and pickup services, and the subsequent sudden change in the hardware's valuation, which the Horizon Alliance representative is challenging and asking Exit Technologies to resolve fairly or return the physical assets.
