Btc withdrawal has been processing since 2-2-23.

Had my ETH stuck on there for over 2 months now. Support just says they will pass it on to the financial team but never hear anything back. Now they just outright ignore every attempt to contact them. DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE

They are a scam exchange. They don't process withdrawals, but will happily take your money

Exmarkets is a scam/rugpull at the moment. I actually did manage to make some roi on it and even got it out to my wallet in 2021. Since the start of 2023 every withdrawal gets withheld or stuck on the exchange. If you want to withdraw your coins are on the exchange but listed as 'withdrawal'&'processing'. I've contacted support about this three times now and the first two times I got a response saying 'we'll get back to you once we get feedback from our fin dpt.'. Didnt hear anything back from them, third time I asked about it the reply was a short but very rude 'it's a work in progress as we know'. Basicly they cut off any withdrawals. I hope they enjoy their vacation with their stolen money.

I've had a withdrawal processing for over a month. It is either severe incompetence, or severe dishonesty, neither of which is desirable in an exchange. They are clearly dealing with some kind of issue, and should be avoided.

On January 6, I submitted an ADA withdrawal order, to this day, January 27, 2023, the order is being processed... I sent several messages to customer service but unfortunately to no avail :( They only write back the same rule all the time "that as soon as the financial team will know something in my case, they will contact me..." and they have not contacted me so far:(( Please help if someone was in the same situation and managed to solve this problem somehow. What is the reason for this, they are insolvent?

I put my ADAX coins on Exmarkets to trade in ADA pair. Now I can't withdrawal my funds and they are in process now for 1 week. Admin email doesn't reply and support doesn't know nothing. I am very disappointed because they stole my funds those Litvanian scumbbags. Be aware do not put any money on that exchange...ever!!!!!

I waiting for more then a week to get my bitcoin transfered . Its still in processing.
Its now more then a month and still processing. Still got the same answer. As soon as we got more information from our fanancial team we will inform you. Can someone explain me why in gods name a fanancial team need to check your own crypto you trade and just want to send it to a hardware wallet?

they blocked my account because I bought in the ADA/ADAX pair. Then I don't communicate and I can't get to my penezum! Please let me know how you proceeded?

I have a transaction showing under process for more than 24 hours , and after reading the reviews here i am also scared that i might not get my funds. Emailing support is not helpful , no one knows a damm thing, The Admin email never replies. Dont know what to do anymore

I have a withdrawal that has been "processing for over 2 1/2 months without going through. I've sent many emails and they say they will get back with me when they have more info. At this point, I consider my funds (14500 ADA) stolen by exmarkets. I would award then no stars if I could ...

Very good customer service. I had problem with sending funds from coinbase i used wrong address and opened ticket in couple hours they contacted me and did their best to send to my right address.

One of the worst things about crypto.. they allow scam projects on their launch pad then take no responsibility. Genuinely lost a load of money with them. It’s all part of the space I know, but this is a website and a team to avoid at all costs

exmarkets just blocked my account and taken everything

A nightmare! A large transfer has been in the "processing" status for weeks. No help recognizable. The support puts you off all the time. This puts me in great financial difficulties. If I still get my money, I'm out. It's a shame, I like the Exchange in general. I wouldn't call ExMarkets a scam but the bugs need to go away and proper support needs to be ensured. It is not acceptable for a user to have to chase his money for weeks!

The fee for USDT (ERC20) transaction is way cheaper compared to other exchanges. But it has a minimum withdrawal of 100USDT. Trade is not functioning well, often got internal error.

Used extensively. Never any issues.
