Thoroughly enjoyed our week in the Carpathian Mountains in Romania, everything I had hoped for. The combination of hikes and visiting bear sanctuary and bear hide, plus a day out in the city of Brasov was wonderful. This time of year with the abundance of wild flowers was incredible, the endless wilderness too was rare for a european country. Everywhere was clean and well maintained and the quality of life for Romanians seemed really high. Everyone felt safe and welcome. The family that own and run Villa Hermani are lovely, so friendly and easy going and the property is the perfect alpine spot. There is very little else to do in the area other than hike, but it is so relaxing and calm. I really enjoyed being in a group of mixed ages and I would definitely travel with Exodus again.

We had a great tour leader, Michele. We went on some wonderful walks, met nice fellow travelers, enjoyed good food, went places we could never have found on our own.

Borneo and Malaysian Peninsular Tour
Just returned from 2 weeks in Malaysia on the Borneo & Malaysian Peninsular tour. We had a fantastic time thanks to our group (of 16) and the excellent guides Beverly (Borneo) and James (Malaysian Peninsula).
What a great country Malaysia is is with its rich history, cultural mix, natural history, geography and food.
The tour gave us a series of postcard snap shots of the country, its people and wildlife.

Just got back from a fantastic hiking holiday around Mont Blanc. Hikes were amazing and our guide Hristian was brilliant. He set a great pace, was knowledgable about the area, told some great stories and had a great sense of humour. He really made a tough hike fun 🤩 he’s a credit to exodus.
