Amazing service and holiday

Kevin was excellent
Kevin was excellent. He prepared a number of different options for me and then once I had chosen the holiday he also arranged UK internal flights. He was amazing from start to finish and was always quick to respond to any questions I had.

Excellent service at all hours
Kev has been great at quoting each time I ask. I don’t feel the pricing is as competitive as it used to be. I used to always book my holidays through Bluebay/Caribbean Warehouse. Even booked my wedding with them.
Update - booked with them and had a great two weeks in the Caribbean. All went smoothly. Price was a little cheaper than Tui and I was happy to book. Any questions I had day or night were answered quickly by phone or email.

Hi Sarah, thanks for your review for the service you received, we always aim to be extremely competitive against other reputable operators, with the odd exception when a hotel perhaps has a direct contract and special rate with another operator that we cant always compete with, but this is rare. To the same extent we have direct contracts with many many hotels that other operators don't as they are exclusive.
There are other less reputable operators out there that many clients have issues with after booking, usually because they have been undersold, usually once you have paid and flights are non refundable they hit you with a 'the hotel price has increased" or "the hotel has overbooked and we have changed you to another one" usually not for the better, or even worse you turn up at your hotel to learn there is no booking and you have to pay again, or get moved to another less desirable hotel.
We work under the Midcounties umbrella and only deal with reputable suppliers and always look after our clients and if things ever go wrong we always fix things regardless of the cost to us as a business.
You may have seen recently online the many thousands of clients left stranded abroad or asked to pay for hotel again when a major supplier went bust? all of our clients were re-booked no matter the cost, with no extra cost to them, this is what you get with a reputable company like us and the coop.
I can only apologise you don't feel we are as competitive as we used to be, If you would like to email your other competitive quotes over I wouldn't mind taking a look to see how we are not competitive for you on this occasion, and see if anything can be done.
1st Class Service
Kevin has now booked several holidays for us as a family and always first class service, always takes note of our specific requirements and finds something we will like, we have booked tailor made, standard packages and cruises and will continue to use Kevin. Not only that prices are always competitive and we like the knowledge that Kevin has of the long haul destinations.

Honeymoon booking
Kev was so helpful and helped me book the perfect honeymoon . I had so many questions which he always answered quickly .

Ask for Kevin - he's great!
Kevin Kneale was approachable, responsive, clear and found the best deal for us. I work during the day and he was available evenings (he took my call at 9:40pm!) which suited me. I'd definitely recommend and will use him for future holidays.

Brilliant travel advice and bookings
Kevin is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He has booked a number of holidays for me now and each time has been informative and helpful, he has good knowledge of various long haul destinations and so is able to help you get the best out of your holiday. He’s very responsive and works hours that fit in very well with being able to sort things out after work, he works hard to find the right destination or resort according to your brief and also let’s you know of any other options you might not have considered. I would have no hesitation in booking through Kevin time and time again.

Excellent service.
I have booked 2 holidays with Kevin at Blue Bay travel now. I returned to book my second holiday because he was so good finding exactly what I requested for my first holiday, getting a good deal and good flight times. He made our second booking for a large group and was very patient to meet the variety of requirements our all ages in our group!
I would highly recommend Kevin's services. I will be using him again for all future bookings and have recommended to friends already.
