Been notified today (August 2025) that my 2023 taxes weren't filed. Don't make my mistake and go with another tax service. They're great at sending you invoices for next years taxes, not great at answering basic questions and taking ownership of your taxes.

We were already quite close to the final filing deadline, but Jamie, Aviva, and the team of accountants made a commitment to help me. They were honest, fast, and professional every step of the way. I have used Expat Tax Professionals for many years of tax filing, as a UK resident with US citizenship. I have always received outstanding service from them and would highly recommend - affordable and thorough service. I finally gave up my US citizenship this year, and Expat Tax helped me with that in regards to submitting all the final paperwork. Even after i had paid the bill for their service and had remaining questions, they still were very helpful tying up loose ends - that is the true reveal of good customer service. Shout out to Lujan Borzalino who i dealt with - patience of a saint :-) Dealing with IRS is not easy and can be stressful as so complicated, but thank goodness i found Expat Tax Professionals
