Chris came and cured our slow hot water problem that occurred on all of our showers sinks and the bath.
Initial visit was on Tuesday, and all completed on Thursday- well pleased

Tidy worker pleasant used 3 times now very happy

They had to come out three times for a leak to the Magna Clean, which was not part of the original call out, Chris just decided to open and clean it while he was on site.
Once put back togeather, through no fault of Chris, it leaked, he came out in his own time to try and stop it 3 times, in the end we ended up changing the part, he charged no call out or labour, just the cost of the part.

Expert heat are great at reminding you when a service is due and making booking easy. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. They fitted a new boiler for us last year and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

The engineer was very efficient and did a good job. He was also easy to talk to and made you feel at ease and confident in the job being done .

A great company offering an expert professional service. Very amenable, helping to sort our problem of having no hot water for over a week, by fitting us a new boiler on a weekend. The team of Chris and Becky were simply great, a clean expert fitting with clear information. A definite recommendation

Very efficient & professional service from Expert Heat Ltd from the initial enquiry through to installation.
Chris explained the various options & prices for my boiler replacement & the next week it was all fitted & working great.
Bec kept me fully informed on when people would be there to fit the new system,
Old boiler was removed from kitchen & an old boilermate hot water cylinder removed from airing cupboard, & replaced with a new efficient combi boiler which was fitted in the airing cupboard. New gas supply put into airing cupboard, Flue fitted up into loft & through roof. Radiators had a power flush through to clear out sludge, all done in just under three days. Lloyd who fitted the system was brilliant, All left clean & tidy & old system taken away.

From the moment I first called they made me feel at ease. Made an appointment and they came on time. Chris was very thorough in finding out what we needed and talked through the options. A price was delivered promptly that was better than others I had asked to price the job up. From acceptance Bec came into play. A true family business. Bec is Chris’s sister. She arranged the date for install that was remarkably quick. The guy that came round to fit it was very professional. Kept telling me how there were no problems with the job. Even though at times I think there was but he just got on with it. Two days of work I had a new boiler in a different part of the house to the old one. Oh my god it’s so much more efficient than my old boiler! Thank you guys for a great job. You made it all seem so easy!

Chris is always happy to help share his knowledge and does a fab job every-time. Love that an appointment is arranged and you get a text to say he is on his way! Wouldn’t use any other company.

I was really pleased with the service I received from Expert Heat Limited. They came out and resolved the issue the same day. I was kept informed on arrival time and then given a thorough breakdown of what the issue could be and what to keep an eye on. Turns out I had knocked a valve and although I was embarrassed, I wasn't made to feel the muppet I am. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic service , Chris came out to look at our boiler at 3:00 on Friday afternoon,we had no heating or hot water, with the coldest day of the year forecast . The boiler had had it , and despite having personal commitments on the Saturday, he turned up with a new boiler at 8:30 , his colleague Lloyd had arrived earlier and was already removing the old boiler . By 2:00 Saturday we had a new boiler installed , heat and hot water , I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, service and help , would recommend them to anyone, finally I’ve found a plumber I can trust and rely on .

Having a broken down boiler was the last thing we needed. After looking online we had a few quotes from different sources and needed to opt for what we thought would be our best option for a new boiler. Expert Heat gave us several options on different boilers with prices to match. After consultation we agreed on a price for them to carry out the work for fitting an Ideal boiler. The engineer came to check over everything before fitting. Next day the boiler was fitted, tested and checked over. A thoroughly professional approach from start to finish was carried out. A fantastic job done which was so pleasing and we are so appreciative as to the work done. Top class.
