I truly LOVED how detailed and yet to the point this course was!
I really enjoyed taking this course because my NCSF Personal Training Certification did not go into detail about how many sets, reps should do for each specific fitness goal such as muscle gain, strength and fat loss. I truly LOVED how detailed and yet to the point this course was! I feel SO MUCH more PREPARED to actually start putting together programs for my future clients! Prior to this course I did NOT feel confident designing a workout program. Now I feel confident and have the course to refer back to when I am creating a program for a client. Definitely recommend! TAKE THIS COURSE! Even if you are already certified for Personal Training! It is life changing.
