A deserved 5 star review. I contacted several companies about a quote to replace my patio doors online and got very few responses, Expert Windows were the exception I got an automated response that my quote was being worked on and the next day they had responded with a full breakdown of costs, parts, expectations and the process and they followed up with calls and messages in case of any questions and to clarify the details. I paid half as a deposit on the Thursday and by Wednesday the next week someone had come to measure the door and take pictures. I was then told the lead time could be 4 to 6 weeks depending on the door fabricator but 3 weeks later it was ready and they scheduled a time as soon as they had availability.
Three guys arrived before 9am on the agreed date and got to work immediately, they were friendly and polite and the work took about 3 to 4 hours to remove the old doors and take away all the debris, install the new doors and seal everything up, they went above and beyond cleaning up after themselves even cleaning the kitchen floor and making sure every piece of their work was removed from the garden.
The door has been in place for a week and we're very happy with how everything went, very highly recommend them.

From Sasha’s first visit to hear our requests, to Dominique’s constant updates and scheduling, to all the lads who were a joy to have work in our home, we were impressed. They arrived bang on schedule and were in & out within a day replacing all our windows. We felt the quality of the windows and the workmanship was excellent. Not only did they clean our house from top to bottom but all around our garden too. Great job!

We got a new door and a couple of window repairs last week. I can only say it was a pleasure to deal with this company. Everyone from the agent who came out to measure and Dominique whom we dealt with over the phone to the gentlemen that came out to do the works. They were all very helpful every step of the way and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I have the pleasure of saying that in an emergency I had the great good fortune to meet Sasha and his team at expert windows. After an unfortunate incident I found myself in need of an emergency repair yesterday, Saturday. Nobody appears to open, let alone manufacture a quality double glazed unit at the weekend. Sasha called in favours and before the end of the day had a brand new window fitted for me in Bray. The price was extremely reasonable also. Thank you all in Expert Windows, you were fantastic. 😊
