Great service, Amazing party time

Ordered few things in July.Received on time and driver was very helpful.
on the event day one of the equipment never worked.Next day collection driver was very rude and unhelpful.First he denied to pick up stuff from garden as he had to walk through house to get to van.
Called their number so many times to complain but no answer then emailed them and got a call about refund and what not.Now it's been 2 months and no replies to email also

Used twice now for events.
Both times equipment has been delivered by friendly drivers, excellent quality and well organised.
Communication when adding items to order is excellent and collection times are precise and accurate.

Would recommend fully to those looking for equipment hire. 10/10.

Most disgusting customer service to ever exist. 1 star is too much. No care for anyone but the money you hand them.

The equipment was fine but the customer service on the day I received a delivery from both the customer service operator on the phone and the delivery driver who dropped off the equipment and the delivery driver who collected it was very unsatisfactory. All of them were rude and unhelpful and very rushed. The collection driver accused me three times of not returning a set of glasses until he finally re read the order slip. The delivery driver at drop off was very reluctant to drop off heavy items in a convenient place for me. The customer services operator on the phone hung up on me when I told him for the third time after being cut off twice hadn’t received a text notifying me of my delivery time.

Equipment in good condition and reasonably priced. Accurate delivery and collection information with the facility to monitor progress. Polite and helpful personnel.

Makes hosting large events really easy! Have used ExpoHire a few times for large corporate events and have been pleased with the quality of products, ease of delivery and collection, and the value for money. The optional glass cleaning service they offer (for an additional fee) is a life saver for larger events too!

Recently used Expo Hire for a small gathering. Their site is easy to navigate and you can see prices as you choose. From booking, their communication for drop off and pick up easily managed, with live tracking for the delivery van, plus a very helpful delivery driver. All in all a seamless easy experience. I would definitely use them again.
