I had placed 2 orders from Uae to Uk for 5th of June(Eid Day)for my husband, the cake was delivered to someone else instead of my husband & bouquet of flowers was left outside his house & he wasn’t aware of it as it was surprise from my side, these people didn’t bother to call him ones upon raising the complaint they sent 1 fake proof of receipt which I’ve attached below, it’s been 2 days nobody come up with solution, I would suggest you all think wisely before u order them. I don’t want anyone to suffer the way I did.

Total shambles - ordered what (on the website) looked like a lovely cake decorated with red roses and white flowers with a simple red ribbon
What arrived was nothing like the picture - a single red rose which was totally squashed flat - and a seriously tacky happy birthday ribbon in a cheap transparent material around the cake.
Exhorbitant price for a squashed cheap looking cake.
Too embarrassed to give to the recipient. Will never use again

Very bad experience indeed. They delivered the wrong cake and it came melted and wouldn’t offer me any sort of refund. Instead of the customer being right they believe the bakery and delivery guy despite picture given as evidence. I do not recommend this site at all. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Agree with other reviewers... zero customer service skills. Called direct and spoke to someone who sighed and huffed and puffed before I even spoke through my query. Was advised to find my order number - you didnt send me an email, which is one reason I was calling for (I got confirmation from the delivery company and paypal) along with needing some simple help to change delivery dates. I kept getting told to call back with an order number even after giving my postcode and other details. Finally found me on the system and then just started assuming things rather than listening. Very difficult and awkward phone call. I asked if someone else could help me as he seemed busy / not interested. He didn't want to help me at all. Poor English, very rude and not bothered if my fruit basket went off or not (a Christmas present). I will be getting reversal through my payment and sharing this experience elsewhere as its shocking. I found out 'Raza' is one of the Directors at this company and named as a manager at Companies House (even more shocking).

I received my order of a birthday cake on time. However I'm not happy with the cake. On the picture of the cake I ordered it had red roses with some smaller white flowers. They were lovely looking. My cake only has the red roses and they are flattened. This was only a small cake but has cost me over £40 with delivery. It looks like I could have made it, the quality is laughable!! It's for my Mum's 60th birthday which is a pretty special occasion! Looking at the cake no one would know it cost so much! I just thought it would look as impressive as the picture. It does not.
I placed a separate order for flowers and a balloon so all in I have spent about £90. I have to say that so far I'm not impressed. The flowers and a balloon arrived on time. The flowers had a broken head on one stem. They look like they come from a petrol station as they are not even beautifully wrapped inside the box. They aren't even sitting in a little water!! I'm so so disappointed after spending so much money!!! My Mum's presents look cheap and tacky. Happy 60th birthday Mum!!

I sent a Fruit basket to my relatives in UK from Expressgiftservices. They delivered it on time. my relative called me after receiving the basket and thanked me. It made them happy. Thank you Expressgiftservices.

Appalling experience. I ordered a very expensive fruit basket for a friend's birthday. It arrived on time but most of the fruit was rotten. I emailed a complaint plus images within 24 hours (as per their small print) but have received no response. I rang up in the meantime and the phone was answered by someone who spoke poor English and didn't seem to understand what I was telling him.... I checked some of the 'reviews' of this company on other sites and they read as if the same person has written them so don't be taken in! I would avoid this company like the plague and shall be sharing my experience across my extensive social media network.

Ordered a Basket of Fruit for my Brother and he sent me a picture of it. It Looked fantastic . My brother said the fruit was top quality and even the basket it came in too. So I am VERY VERY pleased . Will use this company again

Got an email from Interlink tracking which said that the fruit had got to Inverness on the day it was supposed to be delivered in Thurso. Then another email saying it would be delivered on 28th as opposed to the 23rd. This despite being ordered December 3rd. Company didn't seem to know what was going on. No apology. Disappointing Christmas!

Are you a chocolate lover ? Do you want to buy different chocolates then you can go on expressgiftservice. They have a good collection of chocolates which packed in a nice wrap. Very nice service with reasonable price.

My first time using this service and had really bad experience. I ordered a cheese cake for Mother's Day. They delivered it very late and when my mum opened the cake box it was all melted. also the prices are high too
I'm not going to recommend anyone use this service. They say on their website that if you are in UK you can contact them 24hrs 7 days a week but no one pick up your call

Hey, every year I present some gift to kids on “Thanksgiving.” This year I thought to make it interesting. We played games together and after that I gave chocolates to them.
I purchased some chocolate basket from expressgiftservice. I got it at very less price.

Ordering process was easy, and I made the booking for a Birthday Cake a week before the due date. The cake arrived a day late (when the recipient wasn't at that address anymore). I emailed and got no response. Very disappointed with the service.
