After a lot of research I decided to buy a mid-range Taylor guitar. There is only one authorised dealer within 100 miles of where I live, and they were unable to supply the one I wanted.

I knew nothing about Express Music, but chose them largely on the strength of their impressive reviews on this site.

I'm glad I did, as the whole experience was faultless, and the price was very competitive. The guitar was despatched same day and delivered by FedEx in immaculate condition within 24 hours of order - despite a journey of almost 500 miles.

The guitar itself is gorgeous, and a joy to play. I would have no hesitation in buying from Express Music again. Thank you - you have made an old man very happy!

I phoned Express Music about a preowned guitar case they had advertised, as I wanted to check if my PRS guitar would fit. The person who took the call said that she thought they had the same type of guitar, so would check that it fitted and get back to me. A couple of minutes later she WhatsApp-ed a photo of the PRS guitar in the case to me! I ordered the case over the phone and am really pleased with it (it looks like new). I was very impressed with the buying experience - Thanks!

Bought a secondhand Gretsch Streamliner from Express Music in the run up to Christmas, it was delivered next working day with brand new strings and pro-setup at a fraction of the cost of anywhere else. Cannot fault the service.
