Horrible horrible company , they constantly breach privacy after telling them i have a new boss they contact my old employer and gives her information . They apparently don’t listen but threaten and bagger if those you are in a family crisis …. If possible stay far away from them . Unless you don’t mind you privacy is not respected .

This company is a predatory and unlicensed in all provinces in Canada.Just to respond to some of those views, most of these companies such as EXPRESS PAYDAYLOAN are unlicensed and unregistered payday loan companies. I mean you know its 14 or 15% percent depening on which province you live. These online companies providing loans based on your weekly or biweekly pay, go beyond any provincial and federal legislation charging you a high fee and interest for borrowering because they are unlicensed and according to provincial/federal legislation laws their practice is ILLEGAL! if you look at your contract you should see a loan for 300 you pay back 300 which is the amount you borrowed and then another 200 for surety fees. You pay the loan for 3 months. The bigger the loan the higher the fee. If you borrow 1000 you will pay back close to 2000 over 3 months. Even if they stated they are not a pay day loan company,they are providing loans with illegal high rates. I cant stress it enough! Thats illegal and is considered prentatory lending and you dont have to pay those fees except for the amount you borrowed. Expresspaydayloan will make derogatory complaints and harass everyone you listed as reference. . Its a predatory company operating illegally without a license or registration and like any company the address can be found. If the loans are causing hardship, legally the contract can be avoided and maybe you won't have to pay even the principle balance. Especially if you have multiple loans at one time, the company giving you the loan ignored the debt to income ratio or your ability to pay back at the time are technically can be responsible for the hardship. If you contact Your provincial government or any credit counsellor they would tell you that. Look online it clearly states that as well. Your not indebted to pay the high fees that may be listed as administrative/surety/file analysis but only the amount borrowed. are aware and yes they probably will call and call and email and probably make berating/defamatory comments. But did you know legally they are not allowed to do that.. So keep all emails and record all calls. Report them to RCMP if it persists and they can deal with that as well. Dont forget you can get free legal advise.We all need to put an end to this So WE ALL NEED TO put in a complaint and just remember the government put capped borrovwing rates on registered loan compaines and even pawn shops if you borrow against your jewlery etc., so something needs to be done WITH THESE UNLICENSED COMPANIES. EXPRESSPAYDAY LOAN IS NOT OPERATING IN YOUR BEST INTEREST. I hope this helps!

I have borrowed with them in the past and have had no issues. Recently I put a stop payment on my loan payment because I fell a bit behind. They emailed me and said they put me on email transfer to pay my loan. I sent them a copy of their email as proof,I followed up with them the day before to confirm I was to etransfer my payment and they said they already sent it to the bank and to make sure my payment passes. But bc they said I was to EMT I couldn’t get into the bank to lift stop payment. Even though I sent them proof that they put me on emt, they still won’t acknowledge.
I am going to pay off my loan and won’t be using the company ever again. They were the ones that screwed up and they are not acknowledging it. Extremely disappointed.

HORRIFIC!!! Experience. I loaned money then decided they gave me too much. However the payment team is horrible to deal with when asking if you can pay them some money back they still wanna scam you.

I ended up sending the entire loan back. Within 24 hours of receiving it. They then wanted an administrative fee. Stay away!!

This is the most dishonest company. They will trick u into a contact and say they will take money off. Yet they dont they add it to your last pay u owe them. Ive emailed them proof they owed me this money and yet I am called a liar and to do another contact and they will honor it.

Signed a contract, they sent an email saying funds were sent. After multiple follow ups and emails, I received the funds 18 hours later.
