I have bought hundreds of these systems with ZERO support from you company and when i have product issues no help ever! Nobody ever calls me back and Zero help, i cant believe this company will not help its customers especially when i am selling and installing so many systems. Time to change products for our customers. Yor 3 stage filters used top be really good but the quality went to garbage and i cant have that for out customers anymore. Very sad and disappointed because i used ti really like your products

The company was easy to work with and when I had ordered filters direct the first time, I didn't receive my first time order discount. I sent a reply about not receiving my discount, and they returned my discount.

Fast and quick delivery everything I needed thank you

I have had my RO elite Water quick connect for a few years now and testing the water comes out good but when I re-order my filters for a quick connect video, Water Express does not have the installation video for the quick connect replacement filters it just shows one installation for the bigger filters. I hope when I connect these, it works correctly. And I note that these filters last longer than a year for one person. And as I continue to check with my digital water checking system, it continues to be still good to drink comparing to our tapwater in my house. Good product.

Express always has what it I need but this time took too long.

The product itself is truly wonderful. I'm so happy to finally have truly clean, delicious water. But I'm not without a few gripes. Setup instructions were self-contradicting at times. This made setup kind of a pain. Also, I was unable to buy a backup filter kit for the product I ordered due to none in stock. That's a concern. These filters have a life span and if inventory is not available when that lifespan is up, it's frustrating and may mean I can't use the product (which, I should point out, is medically necessary). I don't want to have to visit your site daily to try to make sure I always have backups on hand.

Prompt delivery & good packaging. A bit expensive, but very good water filter. Replacement filters are also a bit pricey, but the annual auto shipping is a nice option.

Very responsive to my email questions, and adjusted my order without any hassle.

The diaphragm of the original tank of our water filtration system ruptured (not sure if it was me or a factory issue) and we were getting water through the Shrader valve when trying to pressurize. The tank we bought worked out just fine and it came pre-presurized to about 6.5psi so it was good to go right out of the box.

Delivery is easy to setup so I don't have to think about ordering. The whole house water system has improved our water tremedously.

The man that took my order knew what I wanted but when I received it I immediately realized that I ordered the wrong filters. When I called express water back I got a lady she was immediately helpful giving me the address to return the products back.

This is a very well put together filter system for a great price! I love the gauges on it to make it easier to know what you don't have pressure.
