I recently had my commercial kitchen extractor cleaned, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the team were professional, efficient, and clearly experts at what they do.
A special mention goes to Chris and Chloe, who went above and beyond. They explained everything clearly, worked meticulously, and left the entire extraction system spotless. The difference before and after is unbelievable, the kitchen feels cleaner, fresher.
They also provided excellent communication, great attention to detail, and a proper TR19-compliant clean with photos, which gives me complete peace of mind for my restaurant's safety and inspections.

Chris has been cleaning the kitchen extractors for some years at Bedford & County golf club. As he has always done such a good job we asked him to deep clean the whole kitchen. He came in the evenings to keep disruption to a minimum and made a thorough job cleaning appliances, walls, floors, shelving and fans.
So good to meet someone that has a genuine interest in his work and always endeavours to please.
We’ll definitely use him more regularly.

Chris and Chloe worked tremendously hard when they arrived to clean our extraction fans. Both were extremely polite, explained their processes and fed back to us throughout the day. We booked for a full commercial kitchen and duct clean on 13th February 2023. The service was second to none and the end result was fantastic. I have used other companies in the past and been left with a poor result, needless to say I won't be going anywhere else now I have found this company. The attention to detail and communication throughout was a cut above, highly recommend!

Been using Chris for years regarding extraction cleaning 6 month to yearly deep clean. Always been great. Pre photos post photos, correct paperwork emailed over in clear pdf easy use files.

But to put the cherry on the cake my extraction fan broke down. He responded faster then anyone, cheaper than anyone, drove down to pickup the fan himself on a saturday 6 hour round trip, and was on my roof the Sunday morning with his dad fitting it. No call out fee no weekend rate. He generally was just as concerned as I was to get the kitchen operating again as quick as possible.

And talk about a family run business with that level of support, if you haven't got this guy on your side your doing it wrong

We contacted many companies to complete the extract cleaning. Extract compliance was the easiest to communicate with, pricing was fair, and they were friendly.
They booked in to visit after I had messed around replying and dates, but at no point showed frustration but tried their best to fit in. On the day of the clean I even changed the time and they helped us by arriving early. They were extremely helpful, flexible and kind.
The clean was completed quickly but accurately. The engineers were friendly and helpful.
The clean was above what we had expected and really did a fantastic job. They sent the certificate straight away.
I highly recommend this company as honest, fair, best pricing we found. Have already booked them in for next year.
